v1.18 General Balancing

- Change Flak 20mm emplacement artillery so it can be dismantled.
- Set German Emplacements to get build experience bonus
- Tried to set Panther to have HMG on cupola. Failed.
- Added cuploa HMGs to Pnz3 & Pnz 4 tanks that lacked them.

- Put 3rd row of emplacement icons back, for heavy artillery & mortars.
- Put the damn defences ballance in for the third time. Seems to have stuck this time.
- tweaked build times & build queues of defences.
- reduce build time of UK armour depot.
- increased build time of Wehr armour depot.
- renamed artillery units.

v1.13 General Balancing

- Nerfed free fire artillery. But it can still be manually aimed & fired. The impact on the AI with free firing was game breaking.

- Sorted smoke for all the Germans teams.
- Made build times longer & adjusted base building build times.

v1.12 Unit Cost & Population Re-work, plus General Balancing

- Recosted all units to a formula of type+armour+gun size to get some sense across unit costs.
- Fixed UK 25 Pdr so it fires free.

- Added US Long Tom Artillery & Bofors
- fixed SS-FJ Flak & light Art recrew.
- Reduced/evened out price of German upgrades to see if AI mixes it up a bit.
- Put tier 3 & 4 Buildings to 4 minute builds.
- Recrewed British emplacements to non-Indian teams.
- Tweaked USA engineer builds
- Tweaked US & UK Observation Post spawn units.
- Moved some light tanks into Tier 2 Building.

v1.09 General Balancing

- Reverted HQ/base buildings to their original times & stats, as the AI doesnt seem to build them.
- Wespe can free fire, also the Italian Canone - thanks to Flakk01
- Added upgrades to German infantry, so they can have panzershreks etc to counter UK Matilda & US Greyhound.
- Fixed SS-FJ MG42 spawning wrong units for replacements.
