Bugfixes & improvements:

- Now hosting effects associated with interactables to the interactable itself to save fps
- removed scale offset to joints to improve effect accuracy

Update 1.15.2:

- Migrated axis effects to a 3D system instead of 2D, so they are now much smoother and dont overlay the pause menu
- Overhauled pointer effect system, so now much less buggy in re-import scenarios
- Fixed issues with effect parameters not updating when shapes change scale after re-import on the lift
- Added some loading debug text to let users know when the tool is waiting for the creation to re-spawn fully after an import
