-Lengthened the timer for script killing the phoenix (was affecting de-manifest on larger loads, specifically with Unleashed), so de-manifest should be working properly again.
-Fixed my scripted summons (Phoenix rebirth, call of the void) not having infinite lifetime when used with unleashed.
-Fix for shadow reaper being able to get the hanged man noose passive from bonus uniques.
