Added Dependency for my new combined atlases mod, which puts all the icons from my mods into a single file.

-Adjusted the Phoenix, Wolf, Drake, and Voidwoken summons to have 5 additional turns. This was to reduce the spam (for phoenix) of constant rebirths and to increase the value of the other summons through longevity. I originally had them at their turn lengths to try to match balance to the incarnate, but the incarnate gets 10 full turns of champion stats at summoning 10, where the others likely would not previously due to the nature of evolutions.

-Changed the cast animation for Binding Arrow to fire a single shot instead of the full reaction shot volley.
-Slightly buffed spellslinger since it still didn't quite feel on par with 2 handers/dual wielding/using a shield.

-Finally fixed the ally buff part of weavers, apparently LIFESTEAL is actually coded as a status and applied to the character, so any attack was also buffing.

-Removed "HIT" statuses from being able to apply Weaver buffs to allies.

-Fixed Chaos Bows doing only piercing damage, I fixed this for wands on initial release but I suspect something broke chaos damage for bows since, I applied the same fix as I did with the wands and they now seem to be working properly.
-Added some more code to clean up Masters might/chaotic maelstrom hit calculations, I believe misses/blocked hits could still proc energy before and now they wont unless an actual hit occurs.
-Added "Web" to the statuses cleared by revitalize.

-Fixed an issue where summons would lose their gained talents after a save reload, you had to resummon them before to get them back.
-Allowed weaver buff to be applied to the caster, it was manually avoided before but I didn't see a reason to keep it as such.
-Upped the timer for individual enemies hit by a weaver boosted skill by 10x, it was too quick before so if there was extended damage being done to the enemy it could cause an absurd amount of damage to go out.

-Fix for the previous tagging fix that was allowing Maelstrom users to have unrestricted use of DE skills without DE, the Lightning fork was passing my status checks.

-Redid the energy tagging system almost entirely, should hopefully fix any remaining issues with having energy but being unable to use some skills.
