# 5.5.0 is now live.

This update contains the following:

A few minor bugfixes and spells as feats. Nearly every combat spell is now available as a standalone feat, so admins can search for and award those however they see fit. Regular players cannot learn these feats on their own without admin intervention. This also contains a rework for Cleric and testing abilities for an upcoming caster. In addition, this brings us up to date with the current devkit. There were a few problems with the update for us but nothing that effected our spells or abilities, but please report any oddities to discord.

* Server administrators can now award feats for almost all of our combat spells, allowing you to create your own custom classes. There may be some oddities with this, such as you getting the buff "warlock" when you cast your spells if you don't also have a traditional class.
* New in-testing abilites for Arcanist.

# Changes:

## Artisan:
* Regenerative Barrier can now only proc once every 6 seconds and its healing has been adjusted upwards to compensate.

## Cleric:
* Smite debuff now lasts the duration of the cooldown. Striking a smited target now applies a heal over time effect that doesn't stack. Clerics will want to delete their existing smite and craft the new one for this to take effect.
* Cause Greater Wounds is no longer a default part of the Cleric kit. Server admins can make it available again via the feat, however server admins will need to remove any existing spells from player's inventories.
* Cause Wounds now casts a faster version of Cause Greater Wounds while Smite is active, resulting in similar DPS with less ability bloat.

## Druid:
* Deluge now applies a 5 second duration cripple to enemies hit.

## Prismaticist:
* Prismatic Barrier(PvE and PvP) can now only proc once every 6 seconds. The healing has been adjusted upwards.

# Fixes:

## Artisan:
* Regenerative Barrier had no internal cooldown and was proccing on every hit for twice the intended amount because of the way it was triggering. This is fixed and the ability was adjusted above.

## Bladesinger:
* Bladesong PvE should now properly trigger healing on other players in the area.

* Mystic Shrine now has Prismaticist and not Entertainer.

# 5.3.1 is now live. This includes the updates for Fighter and Barbarian that should've been in the last update but didn't make it, rounding out my intended class changes and fixes. For anyone curious, Fairy State hates me and I still don't have the montage right lol, but I consider Revenant to be working as intended so it's been removed from "in testing". My next update will likely be to separate out each ability into its own feat, allowing you to use ToT/Pippi/Etc to create your own custom classes easily through scripting.

PS. Sentinel and Battle Shout are liable to change in the future to be single attribute buffs if testing deems that Ranger needs something like this. My goal is for you to be able to play whatever class/archetype/etc is thematically cool for you and be a decent addition to any group you're playing with, which is particularly important to me with the changes to prevent class/spell/ability stacking.

This update contains the following:

## Fighter:
* Sentinel: New ability. Sentinel is a 10 minute duration group buff that increases grit and agility of allies by 5. Allies struck while under the effects of Sentinel will take damage from the Fighter.

## Barbarian:
* Battle Shout: New ability. Battle Shout is a 10 minute duration group buff that increases strength and vitality of allies by 5. Allies struck while under this effect have their damage done with weapons increased by an additional 25% for 6 seconds.


# Changes:

## Barbarian:
* Whirlwind has had its magic power scaling multiplier reduced by 1, so its damage is reduced by 25%.

## Eldritch Knight:
* Removed base damage from Eldritch Storm Circle PvE and PvP. Eldritch Storm Circle now scales entirely off of your character's magic power value, with PvE being 2x potency.

## Ranger:
* Rend Mark (PvE) potency increased by 1 and magic power scaling increased by 0.5.

## Prismaticist:
Prismatic Fire and Lightning are the effects triggered by Prismatic Blast determined by your currently active element. This results in about a 20% dps increase.
* Prismatic Fire (PvE) magic power scaling increased by 0.5.
* Prismatic Lightning (PvE) magic power scaling increased by 0.5.


# Fixes:

## Barbarian:
* Fixed tooltips for all barbarian spell recipes. Oops.

## Bladesinger:
* Bladesong (PvE) now properly ticks twice when used. Oops. This results in about a 100% increase in your damage per second, and as such, the buff potency has been reduced.

## Revenant:
* Potion of Remove Class now properly removes Revenant and Revenant (RP).
* Ravenous Chill(PvE&PvP) properly do their tick damage now. This is a large buff to your DPS.

# 5.3.0 is now live. This further adjusts paladin - more class balance is in the works - and makes a couple of fixes, one I deemed pressing, so other class updates will have to wait.

* Divine Shield: Buff nearby allies with your divine shield, granting them increased armor, vitality, and cause them to heal when struck. Healing can only happen once every 6 seconds.

## Paladin:
* Blessed Armor: Removed. Replaced by Divine Shield.

## Eldritch Knight:
* Warcry of Evocation: No longer grants too much expertise per level.

## Artisan:
* Master Artisan no longer grants the recipe for Ethereal Flames. Server administrators, you may need to check your artisan players for the ability and remove it.

# 5.2.3 is now live. This update adds new PvE abilities for Barbarian, Fighter, and Paladin to bring them more in line with the DPS other classes can do. Revenant gets a nerf to Ravenous Chill as it was overperforming.

This update contains the following:

# New:

## Barbarian:
* Whirlwind PvE ability added. This ability does direct damage to NPCs and is aimed to make Barbarians more competitive. If the Barbarian casts Whirlwind just after using Enraged Grasp and lands both Whirlwind will do more damage.

## Fighter
* Exploit Weakness ability added. By itself Exploit Weakness increases the damage of the Fighter's attacks with weapons for 5 seconds. NPCs hit by Intimidating Shout can have their weakness exploited, applying a damage over time effect if the warrior hits them with an attack with Exploit Weakness activated and Intimidating Shout active on the enemy.

## Paladin:
* Judgment PvE ability added. This spell only works on NPCs, dealing damage to them over time. It serves to bring Paladin up to a similar level of strength as other classes.

# Changes

## Armor
* Adjusted the durability of Worn Armor to make it more durable.

## Revenant
* Ravenous Chill PvP now ticks 3 times instead of 5.
* Ravenous Chill PvE has had its potency reduced from 3 to 2.

## Misc
* Replaced a few more icons that were using the incorrect one.

# Fixes

## Revenant
* Ethereal Flames had the wrong icon for targets effected.

## Bladesinger
* Bladesong tooltip now informs users that enemies hit by Sword Dance take extra damage from Bladesong.

# 5.2.0 is now live. This update adds over a hundred new feats, not that it is super relevant to any servers beyond Maelstrom I imagine. It also adds a new class to the books, the Revenant, and adds some functionality to Bladesinger to give it some group utility. We may need another update if the devkit is ever updated for the last hotfix.

This update contains the following:

## Revenant

- Revenant class, feats, and shrine are now available. Abilities copy & pasted from 5.1.6 release notes:
- Ethereal Flames ability that does damage in a radius and applies Sunder to targets. Includes a PvE version that does more damage and has a reduced cooldown.
- Ravenous Chill ability that does damage and slows enemies. Includes a PvE version which has a reduced cooldown and increased potency.
- Encroaching Frost ability that deals damage after a delay and allows the revenant to heal when using Ravenous Chill on targets debuffed with Encroaching Frost.
- Warcry of the Ravenous that increases armor, movement speed, and damage done with strength and agility weapons, and expertise.

## Bladesinger
- Triggering Resonance will now also initiate a group heal, effecting allies within 1500 units of the Bladesinger with a minor heal over time spell.

## RP Spells
These spells are for roleplay use only and have no mechanical effect. We have over a hundred of them that servers are welcome to use to represent the knowledge of such spells, and now they can be easily assigned with ToT or Thrall Wars Utilities as they all have their own feats.


# Changes

## Spells and Abilities
- You should no longer see any spells stacking on a target, even targets with multiple hitbox segments, such as dragons. This has the side effect of making class stacking less desireable as well, but it should prevent casting classes from being exceptionally strong against certain enemies.

# 5.1.6 is now live. With this update the Revenant sub-class is now available for testing. Server administrators need to make it available to any interested parties by either placing the shrine in the world and allowing it to be selected or by granting the associated Revenant feat to players.
