Fixed the ability to build the Hell Forge without the technology, which essentially allowed construction of the Hell Forge and then the Spike very early in the game.

This error is in the Construction.xml building file, and seems to be one I make frequently! See the May 22 update for the same error. :p

Rounding out my Astra Militarum infantry game, I added the Custodian Guard! I expect there may be some balance or texture changes as they are part of a completely different "faction" from the others, and getting the feel right is important.

This (for now) completes my roundabout plan to give the Astra a viable infantry game without taking the focus away from the Guardsmen.

Bug fix...the Astra can no longer build the Titan Forge from the beginning of the game! The fix is in the "Construction.xml.ext" building file, NOT in the TitanForge upgrade or building files. Somehow, this always gets me.

Added animation count = 2 to "Die" animation for Combat Medic. Note that most Gladius units only have one Die animation...the lesson here is that if there's more than one, an animation count is necessary.

Fixed the Combat Medic's level 6 power...I needed to change the name of the affected Medikit action to exactly match the one in the "Actions" list in the Core.../English/Actions.xml.

Note that even though the actions are listed in the Unit.xml with a lower case letter, the reference actions for cooldown reduction use a capital letter.

With a LOT of help from DexGattaca, I corrected the Warhound's Extend Void Shield to properly create a bubble which follows the Warhound.

Also, fixed texture error for Void Shield Generators.

Also, corrected the Voidshield to only shield allies.
