Version - 1.33

Fixed - Seems to be an issue with initialising scripts from the init.sqf. Global variables are coming up as not defined when loading the scenario. I've now fixed this however you may see a brief glimpse of the game before the intro starts.

- Added a box near the traders. You can now put things in and sell the items in there to the traders rather than having to sell them directly from your inventory.

__________ Fixes __________

- Markers now spawn properly for random events.
- Hired units in player group are now deleted when player dies.

__________ Other __________

- Added version number to help diagnose potential issues.

- Slightly reduced the amount of AI in safe zones.
- Fixed the steal the van job from Camp Doc. Forgot to update markers when I changed around the job scripts. Doh!
- Steal the van job enemies now spawn with the correct loadouts.

- Switched from George Floro's cleanup script to a cleanup script by Davidos with improved performance. This has significantly reduced the stutter that occurs once the cleanup cycle has started.
