I don't normally do these but fuck it. Secret Sunday Update. Enjoy the new cards!

-NEW TABLE: A new table is now in play. More room to play around in! You are welcome.

-MORE MAGIC: Every MTG card has an additional copy added into the deck. This gives you more opportunities to mess with your friends. In addition, the powerful FIREBALL card has been added. use her wisely...

-GUN REMOVED??: It's a bit buggy at the moment. Working behind the scenes to make her better. Gun will return for GUNO (Gun Uno).

-ANOTHER TOY?!? In exchange for removing the gun, I've added a DREIDEL to the toy pool.

-TRAP CARDS: Several custom Trap Cards have been added. The ruling is thus:
-Trap cards must be set face-down on the table to play them.
-You must activate a trap card on a different turn from when you set them.

That's all for traps! Let me know how they play in the comments section. Also, if you have good ideas for traps, send them to me and I'll put them in and credit you.

That's all everyone! Development slows down from here on out as we add more and more. Thank you all for playing. We recently hit 900 Subcribers and I'm extremely thankful for you all. I'm happy to make something so many people enjoy playing, and I'd like to thank my contributors air conditioner and Fox especially for helping me the way they have. We have hit around 550 cards in Crackhead Uno offically thanks to them and thanks to you! Thank you all for being best.

Update: 9 May, 2024 @ 8:37am

Small update this Friday, I'll be brief:

-MORE POKEYS: Eevee and friends have entered the pool of playable cards. Be on the lookout for her evolutions.

-DESERT STORM: Beginning to refine the process of adding TOPPS trading cards. They have a front and a back, so everyone will know which one you have, but you can choose to play either side when you do, making them pretty versatile.

-MORE TOYS: A GUN has been added to the bag.

-RULES CATEGORIZATION: The Rulesbook is now divided into different sections. Check the "Notebook" if you wanna bring rules into your arguments (not optimal).

-10 NEW CRACKED CARDS: One of these is also a hint for cards to come.

That's all! Busy week this week so its just small changes all over. Promised layer is otw.

Update: 4 May, 2024 @ 5:57pm

Small update, adding rulings for Pokemon cards in the official notebook cause otherwise Players might not know how to even play them. Also clarified existing rules and changed some numbers so be sure to read it! Here is a tl;dr though.

-Any player can evolve a pokemon on the play pile regardless of turn order. If Player 1 Plays a Squirtle, Player 6 can immediately play a Wartortle and Blastoise.

-Crackpipe timer is now 10 seconds. You also have to do the effects now. Do NOT crackpipe if the "Reload" card is in your hand you WILL perish.

And that's all! One last announcement though.

If you want me to play with your group hit me up. I've entered a stage where I need yet more playtesting and feedback, so I'm looking to play with other groups in addition to my current one. Don't be shy just comment and we will shoot.

Update: 2 May, 2024 @ 10:50pm

Hello! It's time for the Friday Update... Some new cards have been added and not all of them have been tested! Change list is as follows:

NO MORE TAROT! : Tarot cards were just a bit too advanced, so they're on the back-burner for now. You can now find them in the FIDGET TOYS bag in case you want to read your future.

MORE YUGIS: Time Wizard, Trap Hole, and Reload are now playable cards! They work more or less as they did in their main games so have fun with that! We are experimenting with Trap cards behind the scenes, and will likely add them in the future. We need help adding good ones though so please suggest some!

POKEYMONS!: Pokemon cards are now in!! The basic gist is that if a Pokemon card is on the play pile, and you're holding it's evolution card, you can immediately play it regardless of turn order! If there's a Charmander in play and you have a Charmeleon and Charizard, you can play them both immediately. Be warned, its first come first serve so if another player plays the evolutions before you can you're outta luck! Additional rules will be added, and more pokemon cards to come.

NARCANS!: Narcan cards are rare, and give you an additional Crackpipe when played. Consider yourself lucky if you see one. Match colors or effects to play one.

Thats all for now! We are preparing to add more dimensions to the game so next Friday's update will be extremely scant. A new layer is coming. Brace.

Update: 28 Apr, 2024 @ 9:11pm

Small one here to clarify some things in the included rules book, I just realized tonight that you can make seperate pages in the rule book and I will probably do that for each card type in the future so stay tuned for that! Some things to expect for next Friday also:

-Some Workshop goodness that I hope to get permission to add.

-A few test cards from the only unrepresented member of the Big 3 TCGs currently in the game.

-Yet more Cracked cards

-Super secret cards, easter eggs within easter eggs. You'll know when you see them.

FRIDAY UPDATE TIME

Going forward, new cards will be added every Friday! Lots of changes in this one. Major highlight is the rules change regarding instant cards.

-CARD NAMES/DESCRIPTIONS: The deck is now fully annotated! Each card now has a name meaning you can now search for cards by name, or mouse over a card if you're having trouble telling what it is. All Cracked cards have their name set to "???" though, to keep with the mystique. In addition, cards with rules attached, like "Lightning Bolt" or "Mind Wipe" now have Descriptions on them, meaning you can right-click cards at any time to figure out how they are played. I've also taken care to fully annotate the Tarot cards in the deck as well, I've included the meanings of each card in the description. Maybe you can divine a strategy to victory if you follow their guidance?

-INSTANT CARDS: RULES CHANGE! Magic cards with the Instant or Interrupt card-type can now be played AT ANY TIME. Testing this one out currently, and it's likely the rules will be updated once again if it doesn't play well, but hopefully this will help spice up games and make it easier to get into Uno territory. If you right click a card and it says "You may play this at any point regardless of turn order or the current card..." you can do that!

-NEW MAGIC CARDS: Demonic Tutor and Fork have entered the deck! Demonic Tutor allows you to search the draw deck for any card you want, making Exodia wins a little easier, or allowing you to get the perfect card to prevent someone else from winning the game. Fork lets you copy an effect on the table and choose another player for it to affect. If someone plays a Draw +4, you can make someone else Draw 4 too.

-NEW YU-GI-OH CARDS: Frog the Jam! (Slime Toad) has been added. Additionally, an extra copy of each Exodia card has been added, bringing the total count to 4 of each Exodia card.

-NEW CRACKED CARDS: The amount of Cracked cards has now tripled. Additionally, one of these cards is a teaser for an upcoming new card type I plan to introduce.

Update: 23 Apr, 2024 @ 10:43pm

Pardon my dust, forgot a few Pony cards on the cutting room floor, those are now in. Also getting started on adding descriptions and names to the individual cards. It's a slow process, but it'll make the game a little more accessible I think.
