- Made some batteries invulnerable to EMP to soften the "vanilla flood soft-lock" and its consequences/impact on this submarine dynamics, notably: certain items cannot be operated while submerged which only worsen the "vanilla flood soft-lock" by default.

- Fixed bots getting stuck while a room is halfway filled with water, they now have access to ladders. The ugly is that it will considerably slow down bots getting around the sub.
