added another factor to bounties
basically
if the character is the faction leader and the faction he's leading is stronger than your faction then
(total_number_of_factions * 100)/ character faction rank
extreme example is defeating the faction leader of the strongest faction while all possible factions are alive (turn 1?)
which results in
~255 * 100 / 1 = 25000 infamy

about rouge pirates having very high bounties -
they always appear in the diplomacy screen as lowest strength factions, thats because the ui excludes them from the ranking calculation
for the real faction calculation, they're not that weak and are definitely the strongest factions in early turns

unit upgrade panel changes
added infamy requirements for unit upgrades
sometimes it requires clicking on something for the text to appear
removed more upgrades from specific factions
fixed deadeye having 2 infamy cost on the unit cap feature

luthor no longer starts with coordinated barrage ability (gains it from other sources)
fixed cylostra campaign crash
drowned admiral is now a legendary hero only for cylostra

alright, this ends the unit upgrades saga, hope everything is over
inserted new method to show the unit upgrade upkeep for each unit



fixed names for tech trees
(some tech trees that have vanilla effects will probably be removed)
added tab tech tree for noctilus, and 20 new tech nodes for the 20 rituals
restricted some upgrades for some factions
e.g necrofex upgrades are available only for necrofex
pistol mobs upgrades are available only for luthor etc

added another entry showing the total upkeep of unit upgrades
it is located in the unit upgrades panel and is updated in real time


since i am trying not to datacore CA's ui files, the icon that shows the upkeep for every unit is added through scripts (a lot, not worth it)
the icon will not be in the right place when you click on your army, you have to click on it again

update:
since i originally made the upgrades in the scrap mechanic for the hellforge mechanic, the balance was justified by having an upkeep for each upgrade
upkeep for scrap upgrades dosent exist, so i have to improvise and add it myself

added functions to scrap upgrades:
half of the original cost of the upgrade will now be upkeep for the upgrade
i added a bundle on the top of the campaign, where you can see the total amount OF ALL UPGRADES IN ALL ARMIES
also added an upkeep icon near every unit in your armies, showing the combined upkeep of that unit


improved some other things but the above part is the big change

all vanilla projectiles reverted to original values

  • carronade projectile - changed to chainshot, spins like chainshot, shockwave radius increased to 1.5 from 0.3 and no longer rolls on ground, added grapeshot switch option
  • added explosive radius effects for mortars and queen bess
  • added first person firing function for necrofex units - credits to chaosrobbie
  • necrofex firing arc tripled, enabled firing left and right animations THAT CA MADE
  • gunnery wight dead eye passive ability improved, added a buff army skill line
  • adds overcasting to luthor's unique trait and replaces the crab summon with zombie summon
  • deep spell spiteful shot is not useless anymore (based on tempest spell)
  • added ogr charge to animated hulks because they're literally ogres and also added immune to psychology attribute
  • luthor's skill "hand cannon" removed and added new one instead, giving him rampage contact and frenzy to entire army
  • added immune to contact effects for luthor in one of the special skills
  • added hunger and frenzy to scurvy dogs because they're scurvy dogs, reworked the mist spell in the deep lore
  • doubled deck droppers entitiy numbers
  • fixed some lords not having immortal trait
  • noctilus can now tag only factions that he cant confederate
  • reworked skills and names
