deathship and salt of the deeps polishes
removed the new water vfx because it killed my gpu
restored the old one

bounties:
added bounty multiplier global value
currently only used for luthor, in a negative way
he has his own sources of infamy

luthor's faction:
polishes to tech tree, lost souls area, added more units to lost souls recruitment


bribe feature for aranessa:
restored the old script that allowed bribed units to stay after battle, hope it dosent cause problems

fixed a script mistake that limited the bounty system only for luthor
it should be applied to all coast factions if the player is playing them


bounty changes:
added another factor granting some more infamy if the defeated force is the strongest force in a faction stronger than your force and its the faction leader

formula for infamy gained from defeating a faction leader of a stronger faction changed
posting the pic in the mod pictures

bounties now grant x of the value in infamy and 2x of the value in gold

yeah i know the pic of the bounty resource sucks
if someone wants to create one let me know

ui updates
fixed bounty number acting a fool when its too big of a bounty
added upgrade breakdown tooltips to unit cards
one icon should show the current total upkeep of the unit on the right, and another icon showing breakdown of upgrades to the left

bounty formula changed
if the character is the faction leader and the faction he's leading is stronger than your faction then
(total_number_of_factions * 100)/ character faction rank
extreme example is defeating the faction leader of the strongest faction while all possible factions are alive (turn 1?)
which results in
~255 * 100 / 1 = 25000 infamy

this is the most infamous thing you can do in the game (and in jail) and it should have a big reward
the big numbers you see at the beginning will decrease as game goes by, since a lot of factions get destroyed very early

added 7 tech nodes to luthor's tree, granting upgrades and unlocking unit cap ritual for salt of the deeps
its not actually unit cap, the ritual grants the unit for instant recruitment through the lost souls recruit button

all free upkeep upgrades are now available at the start
enabled selecting more than 1 upgrade in the unit upgrade panel


*if something is 100k infamy cost or the name has "_" or "placeholder" or "booba" or other dumb shit it means its wip and you shouldnt use it

for now stick to luthor and noctilus

replaced some of the "num of active upgrades for category" effects
these effects belonged to the hellforge system and have no impact on the current upgrade system
