- Impairment abilities, that miss, will now count toward the miss tally.
- Fixed an issue where multi-target abilities that impair targets were still being counted in the tally when impairment abilities were disabled in the settings.

- Added logic to handle neutral factions so that when fired upon or fired at, the tally will reflect appropriately. Previously neutral enemies were considered to be friendly units.
