## Gameplay

• AI aggression against 'radical leftists' has been removed.
• AI will now stat diplomatic plays against countries that share their cultural traits or homelands.
• AI will be significantly less likely to start frivolous diplomatic plays against their own subjects.
• AI will now dynamically modify their chance to start diplomatic plays
• AI is less likely to start diplomatic plays against nations in which they do not have a strategic adjacency.
• The economic strategy for the AI is now based on the market conditions of goods
• AI will now be much more inclined to dominate, subjugate and expand vassals.
• AI will now build questing offices to reduce the malus from adventurer coverage and no longer sustain a permanent -1 to SoL.

## Balance
• Minor increase to assimilation and conversion.
• Subsistence farms and Grain-farms will be changed throughout the coming months in terms of location. This update includes changes to South Seas arables regarding a swap from rice to millet farms.
• Airships now have more uses via Urban Center, Hunting Lodges, Mountain Maize, and Balloon Recon now using an Airship instead
• Added some more forest traits
• Added a bunch of natural harbour across the map
• Added a Yulug river state trait
• Fixed some states not having rice in Khaara Ur

## Art

• Dwarves have received an infantry unit portrait set based on the East Locari dwarves in Dedna-Dakh
• Orcs have now have a line infantry portrait

## Bug Fixes
• An overhaul to the airship network has occurred. A number of dead zones have been fixed and convoy pathing should be more reliable in general
• Fixed a multitude of issues related to undefined GFX meshes.
• Fixed an issue causing character interactions to massively slow down the game.
• Fixed an issue in the trade stations diplomatic action that referred to non-existent vanilla states.
• Fixed an issue with dynamic naming involving Ceraun.
• Fixed major issues revolving around invalid provinces, impassable terrain and city locations which caused save games to become unplayable and large amounts of stability issues.

## Gameplay
• Added the Industrial Regulation law group, to be expanded on in 1.8
• Added Plutocracy Government law, boosting industrialists
• Added "Pest Control" policing law, boosting adventurer coverage
• Added Political Lobbies to Yulugs subjects. The Industrialists, Landowners and Armed force will want to warm up to the overlord, while the rest of the IGs push for independence
• Durandmarche added to Lake Bossard.
• So'lia added, East-Lacertian tag in Locari
• New Awakened Ape-Tags
• Added 3 unique companies to Arrador
• Added the Mavelian religion in Arrador and surrounding areas

## Content
• Added Pre-Industrial tags. These have a different starting political setup with a new Interest Group: Tribes
• Two new gnoll formables for the Hyena Plains, including a related JE for Prowlhold. Unite the Nyolli and embrace the mountain!
• The Dwarven settlements of the Nyollyx are now on the map
• A slew of historical gnollish leaders, agitators, and generals have been added
• New jungle gnoll releasable tag "Mkolla", within Thassarcia

## Balance
• Flussholm's bloc has been rebalanced. Kamui is a March. Salzland is a dominion. Rannor is independent now.
• Ceraun demographics rebalanced
• Prilyra has been tuned up.
• Yingulnado now no longer starts as part of the Ring of Steel bloc, but begins the game with a pro-Khaduras lobby.
• Both Skravend and Prowlhold's starting tech and starting laws have been improved
the claims situation on the Hyena Plains has been improved, and should produce less bordergore going forward
• Ceraun now starts the game with a pro-Dumonia lobby
• The Ocelian Locari company now starts the game with a pro-Emerald League lobby
• Fixed some homelands in Khaara Ur

Weekly Update, October 21th, Week 42.

• Almost all of Kharaa Ur is now releasable, with some parts being further balkanizable
• Fixed a bug where only one of Dumonia's underlying nations could be released in a peace deal at a time. We encourage you to test this
• added new gulf naga formable "Kulkedliak", along with a handful of releasables in the region
• A slew of new releasables means that Ravik can now be properly balkanized. One or two more on the way.
• Added Journal for Ceraun to handle their halfling minorities
• Added Real Union subject type, mainly for historical content
• the hole in Skravend has been filled with rocks, and some of their cities have been loc'd
• Made it clear to adventurers that archeology is part of their portfolio, closing another privatization loop.
• Capped adventurer coverage demand from unused arable land to 100
• Fisheries that catch abnormal fish have been renamed to reflext that fact. Also squiddies.
• A lot of small fixes, at least one naval exit added

• Awakened Wildlife can now enact anarchism from the start of the game
• Overhauled the society tech tree, many techs including socialism and political agitation now come in slightly earlier.

• Cooperative Ownership is now allowed under anarchy without Council Republic as long as socialism is researched.
• The hyena plains have received some well-deserved love, including border redraws, a localization overhaul, and some arable land buffs
• Corrected Thalorian formation requirements
