# Weekly Update, August 25th, Week 34
The update has been pushed to Steam Workshop & Paradox Mods. Thank you to everyone on the @Mod Team 👷 for their hard work. From this update onwards, we will try to include a comprehensive changelog of everything new for this week. You can reads this weeks changelog below:

## CONTENT:
• Added Thaumacores Building
• Added Greater Flussholm and Starshimmer Federation Formables
• Added GUI for Custom Content in the country select screen

## STABILITY:
• Fixed missing fruit productions in multple buildings
• Fixed a bug where certain countries starting literacy was lower than intended
• Fixed Soranda clothing issue
• Fixed the framrate drops from certain clothing modifiers
• Darvak and Thiral misc fixes.

## Other Changes:
• Airship docks now give infrastructure from the first PM and had their infra gain substantially increased
• Airship docks can now become modern
• You take a leech, you make it big. Do that too much, you now have to use artillery to kill it. Feed the results to your poor people. They will • appreciate the taste and affordability.
• Numbered the months
• Mountain Maize Chimesilt output nerfed a bit
• Blackstone can have airships now
• Massive Wine potential redraw. Affects entire map.
• Massive boost of Rubber potential across map
• Rimeroot (Northern Island) has far more rubber. Rebalanced its colonization blocker + enables ability to nullify negatives with tech
• Teferet has had some small fixes applied + a major buff to abide by lore. Atmospheric Engine + Railroads
• Thiral, its primary rival has received significant boosts in pop to its puppets, itself, and its expansion target to try compensating for this.
• Reworked Dwarven Halls Monuments. Now provides 10 flat infrastructure as well as a decent chunk of Relics for Dwarf nations to refine into trinkets. • Giving them a unique early-game monopoly on Trinket production as a way to mitigate their loss of monopoly over Cloudsilver.
• closed the icewind --> vigakull portal before anyone found it
• Bonked 6 strategic regions, consolidated their remains, and made small changes amounting to moving a state to a different strategic region
• Changed around homelands in the Old Khus area
• Added culture traits to Korafri, Folgir, and changed East Lacertian from East Zalar to Kailan culture group
• Artifactory deployment in Settler's coast in each Kragmorn Dwarf tag
• Fur Hunting has been massively up'd in potential across the Northern Taigas of the Map
• Toftir has been given some new state traits to give it a more unique regional identity: Prepare to fish and hunt as the lands are too frigid for • agrarian pursuits!
• Floating Frame Construction readjusted. Now unlocked by Cloud Castles. No longer used by Vozmead and Secretkeepers on game start. Darvak only.
• Nimbium construction 1st draft added. Unlocked by new Nimbium tech.
• Gizmo production reworked. Find your nearest graveyard and rob it.
• Made the Waste Walker nations playable
• New Salt Waste Journal Entries; one for dealing with how dangerous it is and another rewarding unification
• Potion production reworked. You will also have to rob a graveyard for this one.
• Airship production reworked. No grave robbing needed. Arguably. Dwarves may disagree.
• Thassarcia no longer controls all of its territory directly; it has two new vassals, The Lacertian League and Bongack Bomkha
• Carved out the Blackstone Mountains.
• Added a Moorweald Forests trait for logging and hunting, also added hunting TP to the Thiral/Feylight traits. Buffed hunting lodges in general where the traits are present
• The fish have been reworked.
• Rifling moved slightly to the left
• Shellgun now leads into Rifling instead.
• Goblin tech updated as a result
• Hunting buildings reworked. Stop rushing for Old Khus, the abominable profit margins have been reigned in a bit.
• South-Central Zalaron has been updated.
• South Seas has been updated.
• Xochihip, Cocoraesc, Lirionthal and Devil's Exile has had the starting Economy/Politics/Diplomacy/Military/Population changed to better match lore and improve gameplay.
• South Western Zalaron has been updated.
• Skravend, Prowlhold, Tsidiiyah, Aheheeltsoh, viletok and Thassarcia has had the starting Military changed for better region balance.
• Thassarcia has been overhauled
• North/South Ch'in Desert overhauled
• Modified Field Hospitals Mobilization Option to use Potions, instead of Chimesilt.
• Settler coast
• Added Generals to all arimes in region
• Rebalance Arrador Mil force
• Removed Syntax error in formation file
• Changed names of certain armies
• Added localizations and changed localizations in buildings & companies.
• Added Ebridorian claims to Pefril
• Added a Pefril claim to the Sjettszek Mire
• Added a few hundred thousand Eberri pops to Pefril
• Added some resources (lead, sulfur, leviathan outposts) to Ocelia

• Solved multiple of our most common crash causes, the game should be significantly less prone to crashing now.

#Narrative Content

• Added continuation JE for the vozmead/yavira personal union
• Added unification JE for gavkhani goblins
• Addewd Blood tribunals JE for Ravencliff

#Gameplay

• Added Leonceau, Bossardi vassal of Thiral
• Teferet, Selenith, Opalalth, and Anwarth share a brand new Bloc together.
• Sirlael has joined Vairia's power Bloc
• 2 new subjects for Ravencliff
• 5 new releasables for east Noricum
• Reworked starbrands into artificers
• Mages IG should now start stronger with wider pop support and engagement
• Thiral, Vairia, and Teferet have all been given playability sweeps.
• Added historical leaders for Dumonia & Ceraun

• Added Peak Lake state trait for Dumonian capital lake
• Southern Noricum has had a second balance sweep.

## CONTENT:
• Added Third Thalorian Crusade JE
• Overhauled multiple economies across the Settler Coast and Western Zalaron for better gameplay

## STABILITY:
• Found that crash everyone kept having and expunged it
• Fixed some of the Raviki crashes
• Fixed the Chi'in desert frontline crashes

## TECH TREE CHANGES:
• Global tech cost reduced 10%
• Ahead of time penalty reduced by 20%
• Buffed starting tech tiers 4 & 5

## Other Changes:
• Changed Distilleries for better (and achievable) profitability
• Swatted a stray Vampire homeland
• Added more Vampire homelands in Southeastern Noricum and added a Sunkissed homeland to the Jurian's Inquisition capital
• Added a Ralaurian homeland to the state of Alyea
• Removed an Uplander homeland from the state of Ostren
• Added a Qinnaat homeland to the state of Alamara
• Added beekeeping building
• Army pathing fixes
• Fixed the issue of radicals and loyalists not appearing.
• And also IGs not being upset about law changes.
• Fixed the issue of Prilyra and Greencourt, correctly renaming the former state of Prilyra to Greencourt, and state_greencourt_2 to Prilyra (aptly being the capital of Prilyra)
• Fixed a couple homelands in Fahavalo, replacing homeland of East Lacertian in Alahazotra with Jazamandroso, and then replacing homeland of Jazamandroso in Maromita with Lacertian
• Pop needs juggled. No to luxury potions, yes to potions and fine art.
• Mine potion pms changed to be... Relevant sometimes.
• Potion pm in gold fields added. Drug the miners.
• Agri Magic PMs changed to increase outputs and reduce fertilizer input. You can not see the input reduction, but it is there.
• Added Avalorean homeland to Glasliesh
• Added Nivaskyan homelands to Talnant, Carregrice, and Kothian. Also replaced 412K Avalorean pops in Talnant to Nivaskyan
• Added loc to the Squid Breeding Grounds state trait
• Added the Everfrost Terrain to Vigakull, and made the state majority Fire Giant
• Added GUI fix for main menu modded "DLC" orb
• Added Lithorin homeland to Zientzi
• Added Blacktalon homeland to Aroa
• Added Onghori homelands to Argi and Ibaia
• Added a bunch of Saglithan homelands where they're a majority or large % of the population, removed one Saglithan homeland in Astindu where they have no pops, and added a cliffpercher homeland to a Saglithan state that has a high % of cliffperchers
• Added a Zakonish homeland to Czerwionka and replaced some Firbold pops there with Zakonish pops
• I technically added everything for Soranda, but theoretically Aether will change her DNA lol
• Added some Ravikian pops to Kwetterdijk and replaced some Florishnom pops in Fluiterheide to Raviki
• Added Cliffpercher homelands to Urdin and Arteaga
• Moved the iron mines/desposits from Sludge Coast to Crownpeak, and the iron from Tar Pits to Highpass
• Moved the Lead from Tar Pits to Crownpeak and added a 15% lead throughput state modifier to Crownpeak.
• Moved all the coal mines from Serontain and dispered them throughout the 3 Highlands states.
• Renamed the tiny town in northern Crownpeak from Stonefield to Leadfield
• Fixed distilleries not being able to privatize.
• Added more Malaria
• Added State Traits that prevent early colonization to Old Khus
• Added Ravik protecting their forest friends from colonizers
• Added gnolls eating colonizers (until other gnolls colonize them)
• Blocked Flussholm's Quantum Colonizing Device:tm:
• Blocked Thaloria from eating the desert
• Stopped early colonization of Everfrost
• Allowed inquisitors and Vampires to have an honorable 1-on-1 in the Witchwood.
• Restraint Dumonia in the Elusive Coves a bit
• Added mindrending storms in Locari
• The Locari furries eat you now until you have big guns.
• Added graphics to Spider Silk, Underfarm, Beekeeping, Road and Mushroom Logging buildings (and also the buildings)
• Fixed the hat bug on 2D portraits
• Fixed treaty ports spawning outside of coasts, and other related city placement errors
• FIXED FLUSSHOLM PORTAL
• Fixed buildings endlessly privatising themselves (probably, please report back)
• Made modded rimeroot buildings available earlier

MAJOR FIXES
• Fixed an issue causing radicals to appear more frequently than intended and loyalists to not generate.
• Fixed an issue where interest groups did not care about law changes.
• Fixed an issue with the spline network causing frequent and a variety of crashes resulting in save games becoming unplayable.
• Fixed an issue with improper tech tier progression.
• Other various issues with stray pixels, improper province borders, and minor adjustments.
• Airshipyards now produce airships which can be used by air docks to trade over the air node network.

CHANGES
• The AI is now aware of modded resources and will seek to industrialize them.
• Distillery is changed for better and more achievable profitability
• Beekeeping Building added
• Additional Vampire Homelands in Southeastern Noricum
• Sunkissed Homeland to Jurian's Inqusition Capital
• Ralaurian Homeland to Alyea
• Qinnaat Homeland to Alamara

While there still may be crashes, the game should no longer result in unrecoverable save states.
