## Content
• Unrecognized major powers can now become unification candidates. This means that Great Gavkhan and Nagabumi can form as intended.
• First phase of Goblin overhaul deployed. Gavkhan + Eastern Emperor's Marbles Goblin tags updated
• First part of yulug rework is out, this area is still very experimental and will continue being worked on during the upcoming weeks
• Added custom interest group ideologies for Armed Forces, Devout and Landowners in hobgoblin countries
• Added Journals for Yulug's vassals to change primary culture on independence or autonomy change
• Added army journal to Yulug to simulate their elite and conservative army
• Added Banners, an unrecognized variant of the "March" subject type.
• Rotfarms added to undertags
• Underground hunting added to undertags
• Mushroom Tea Farms added to undertags
• Added halfling baking powder event
• Added Lapis Mines, these will be distributed further soon

• Added binturong portraits
• Errors regarding state gfx have been fixed in Khus and Skypiercer Peak

• Fixed a small grammatical error in East Thaloria's lore
• Over 300 tundra provinces were swapped to terrains more appropriate for their location

# Gameplay
• Rebalanced Country Ranks
• Added hegemon rank
• Added Hippo Ranches
• Added Cacti Fields to salt wastes
• Added "March" subject type, this is a variant of protectorate that is forced to join the overlord's wars. New Marches can be established through diplomacy with protectorates.
• Imposing religion is not blocked if the target is a subject whose independence is supported by another country. This will mostly affect Thiral's starting relations with the Feylight Reservation
• Teferet now starts the game supporting the indepdence of Feylight reservation. Relations have been adjusted to reflect this.
• Added the Dreamweaver Jungle; new terrain type in Central Locari.
• Dreamweaver Jungle actually has trees now. More to come.
• Undermountain terrain has been applied to underground regions. More to come.
• Diseased Forest terrain has been applied to the Plaguewoods
• Military treaties now start with the "Call Ally" sway from the Defensive cooperation 3 Principle. The "Free Wargoal when supporting ally" effect has been removed from the power bloc and put onto the Defensive cooperation 3 Principle to compensate.
• Added truces for eastern thalorian successors states on breakup
• Ravik begins with a unidirectional truce with the western thalorian successor states

• Wishstone Engine PMs in Motor industries and Railways removed. Victims of early design and we will do something different in the future
• Rockroller pms rebalanced and expanded.
• Geomancy has been removed.
• New "Arcane Application" PMG added to mines based on replacing mundane goods with magically sourced ones.
• Major nations of Mankind now hate Ravik as they should. -50 relations across the board for Great Human Powers
• Arrador has been rebalanced and focused on its Gizmo primacy. IT produces less unnecessary tools now and a bit less steel. Prestige from Gizmos increased.

## Content
• Cure for Kobolds JE + Dragonblight JE. Biggest single piece of content so far! Can you find a way to prevent the Dragonblight before the country shatters?
• Added Age of Roses JE and events for Thiral, uproot the devout from your country or commit to the crusade.
• New content for the snakes down south, Sarpath and Arrakanba

## Gameplay
• States that have a soulwrought assembly plant and where >30% of all pops are soulwrought will now spawn soulwrought homelands
• Dwarves can now be dug out of holes in the ground under certain circumstances
• Nearly every non-standard Arable is being redistributed logically across the in-game map. This is a lengthily process. So far Central Zalaron, Settler's Coast, and Noricum have had most of their arables redone to make more sense. Expect more next update.
• Added wood and fish potentials in Noricum, the Settler's Coast, and Thoughtsmith Ridge
• Added wine potentials to two states where it should be, and removed it from a state where it shouldn't
• Leviathan Outposts re-distributed across the map
• Ectoplasm distributed across the map
• Limited Observatories to Mountains, and added a max level of 5 per states. Subject to balancing
• The East Locari Awakened are now playable. Please behave yourselves
• New Dwarven building, Collapsed Godsbane Vaults
• New naval building, ship graveyards

## Other Changes
• Changed around some pops and homelands in Southwestern Zalaron and the South Seas (namely around Thessarcia)
• All references to the fantasy continent of Antarctica have been removed
• All references to the fantasy drug "Opium" have been removed

• Fixed one of the clothes checks that was killing performance
• Sent Cherokee and Bosnia-Herzegovina back to reality
• The vermillion ticket is now actually a thicket

• Updated all Diplomatic agreements so that it makes sense within the game (No more unrecognized minors rivalling a major)

• Removed a large amount of trade deals in noricum that were unprofitable and made no sense
