Mostly technical fixes to certain entities, restored unused ones due to hammer logic errors/oversights, mostly related to cascade logic, changed the A17 door logic to be the same as other doors, fixed certain props either by redoing the model or adjusting their positions to prevent peering inside them, increased the volume and distance of the Vox announcement system in the lobby, and minor fixes to geo/texture cords and such.

Changed how func_breakables in relation to glass and how they work, small texture alignment fixes.

Overhauled map water to use HL1 styled water and minor fixes to brushes.

Lua update to make the lua hammer entities not check gamemode, will still check map though so the ents wont load on maps that cannot make use of them anyway.
