More fixes to map geometry, restored Sector E Biodome airlock scripting, added a Env_sun to the map and changed the lighting direction to better reflect where the sun is, and probably more im forgetting.

More fixes, A17 chargers now use a depleted texture when out of charge to match retail HL chargers, Sector A robot storage has been overhauled, and Vox Announcements from earlier versions of PBMRF and BMRF have been restored into the Lobby area.

Removed the tram station from Sector A and Dorms, removed various vending machine props to make room for server entity based versions, however i kept the lights so it sort of matches the baked in lighting, also more tiny fixes to places.

Added the A17 Prototype labs with a working (although botched) teleporter from Blue Shift, ported from PBMRF V8a with adjustments and fixes, also restored the fire alarm button in Area 3, also optimized coolants design to work around brush limits barely.

ive hit the brush limit so i likely cannot add anything else without removing things.
