December 28th Update:

Nerfed the rate at which War Weariness is accelerated across the board and slightly increased the amount it can be decreased by through victories and signing peace treaties.

Update:

(Beta) Higher levels of War Weariness now slowly lowers the gravitas of all your Generals and Admirals. Need feedback on this mechanic.

Fixed an issue where War Weariness would reset upon loading a save (thanks Mitch!).
