Today's update 8 March 2018
Releasing a lot sooner than expected mainly due to key bug fixes, new content is on its way

Area changes

Act5
Dark Woods
Changes to area to make it feel a little more dense and interesting

Hell Born Skeleton
Increased cooldown of hell fire attack from 1 second to 3 seconds

Class Changes
Outlander

Chaos Burst
Enemies will now show a debuff icon when hit

Rapid Fire:
Reduced knockback effect and now capped it as a fixed rate of 1.5

Glaive Sweep:
The knockback effect has now been removed


Bugs

Assassin Poison core - fixed a bug that could "stun lock" enemies
Assassin Acrobatics - Fixed a bug where level 10 would not give correct stats bonus

Krieg - reworked, and has different skills

Class Changes

Outlander
Chaos shot
Increased cool down to 5 seconds
Reduced arc and projectiles fired at lower levels to 5/7/9
Changed colour of projectiles to differentiate skill from cursed daggers

Strafe
Fixed level unlock bug
Changed damage type to Fire

Glaive Swipe
Changed damage type to Fire

Sand Storm
Doubled duration of tier 1 bonus plague flies
Reduced Tier 2 range bonus from 40 down to 30
Reduced Tier 3 range bonus from 50 down to 40

Cursed Daggers
Doubled the poison damage but also double the time duration. So in real terms the DPS is the same, but it just makes a more viable as DoT skill.

Assassin
Fixed a bug where new male characters would have 0 starting strength

Out for blood
reduced life steal by 5% across all levels

Poison Master
Reduced bonus Poison damage bonus to 1% per level and increased poison damage reduction to 2% per level

Ambush
Damage reduced by roughly 50%

Poison Stab
Increased damage duration from 3 to 6 seconds and reduced DPS by 20%
Increased cooldown from 2.5 to 5 seconds
Increased debuff durations to 6 seconds

Area changes

Act 1 Starting area
Now has a Quartermaster who will sell basic potions

Act5 Hill Tops
Quickshot + Warbeast Pack Leader
Reworked loot table of these two champion units found in Act5 Hill Tops to be more rewarding

Guardians Cave
Quest Hand in NPC changed to fit the story/quest better

Temple
Undying Ghoul Rage spell/howl louder and more obvious when it is cast

Corrupt bolt
Increased missile collision size from 0.1 to 0.2

Dark Missile
Corrected description typo!


Outlander

Swapped blade pact and shadow shot position on skill tab. Level requirements also adjusted.

Chaos Burst
Skill reworked
Has a 3 second cooldown, deals more damage and now has a damage debuff that increases all damage received by 20% and lasts 8 seconds.

Rapid Fire
Attack range increased from 7-12 to 10-15.
Level 15 attacks can now to Proc weapon / gems so you can totally customise your weapon and this skill.

Powershot
Range increased for each tier bonus from 16/18/20/22 to 16/19/22/25
The magical damage of this skill has now been changed to physical damage

Strafe
Reworked to become channelling skill that increases in damage the longer you channel.

Power Shot
Now generates charge
Cannons can no longer use this skill(inline with every other outlander ranged skill)

Strafe
Now generates charge
Cast speed increased slightly
Missile sped increased slightly


Dark Sorcerer

Cursed Ground
Can now proc when both attacking and being hit

Cursed Strike
Reduced charge gain by 15% instead of 10%

Summoning Skills
Increased summon duration from 1 minute to 3 minutes on the following skills:
Skeletal horde
Archer horde
Death knight
Raise the dead

New final tier skill "Strafe" - Replaces "Seeking Shots"

Now has an animation when the skill/buff is active

Dark Sorc
Generally a big overhaul of the class and its core skills - getting very close to completion now!

"Slow" and "Cursed Weapon" swap places on curse skill tree

All Curse Tree passives shuffled and final skill in place

New skills
"Corrupt Bolt" added to Sorcery skill tree
"Cursed Flames" - added to curse skill tree

Dark Bolt
Tier 1 bonus now reduces charges by 3% when hitting an enemy

Corpse Explosion
Moved to Dark Arts skill tree
Mana cost increased slightly
Now generates 5% charge when cast

Draw Life Essence
Tier 2/3 tier bonus duration improved/buffed

Entropic energy
Gains 15% stun chance

Cursed Weapon
Reworked, no longer a buff related skill

Malediction
Reworked and now becomes a passive designed to buff melee based builds

Cursed Strike
Reduces charge by 10%

Act 5
A bridging/intro quest that guides you from act 4 - 5 is now in place

Phase Portal Island in Act 5 - should correctly match and scale with player level now

Temple + Inner temple
Fixed a spawn error bug
Improvement to teleport in Necromancer Boss area(should only be visible after the boss is defeated

Arc Beam
Damage increased slightly

Lightning Blast
Scaled to deal more damage at higher levels
Stun chance increased from 15% to 25%

Dark Sorc
Will now generate charge slightly slower

Sorcery skill tree
Spells did not scale well past level 50. After testing and comparisons with ember mage end game damage the following spells have received a re scale, resulting in a damage increases towards later levels

Entropic ball

Entropic Ball skill reworked and now fully working as final spell on Sorcery skill window - a bug crept in from the previous update

Removed some old excess files etc and reduced mod size by around 25%!

Mainly focused on feedback and requests aimed at the engineer and dark sorcerer class

Class Changes
Engineer

These 4 Skills moved around for thematic sake.
Aegis = Storm Burst, Ember Reach.
Blitz = Overload, Tremor.

Flame Hammer
1-15% Increased Fire damage taken debuff for 5 seconds now added to Flame Hammer (this debuff can stack)

Sword and Board
Rescaled and buffed from 20 - 90% to 10 - 150%, EG 10% per level

Overload
Will now only use 1 charge at a time so you have greater control of its use.
Buffed overloads charged attack to do +300% weapon DPS damage when consuming 1 charge this will make the charged attack feel more powerful but more importantly scale into late game.

Dark Sorc
Entropic Ball skill reworked and now fully working as final spell on Sorcery skill window

"Cursed strike" and "Weaken" skills position are now swapped around

Dark Bolt
Given slight damage increase

Soul Tap
Doubled the mana regeneration gain across the board
Tier bonuses now complete

Chaos flame
Reduced charge build up rate
Increased damage slightly

Dark missile
Fixed issue with skill not generating charge after it was reworked/fixed from previous update
Given slight damage increase

Entropic Energy
Given damage increase

Assassin
Poisoned Core
Increased cast chance at higher levels, this skill now caps at 75% chance to cast when hit when it capped at 50% previously.

This is mainly a bug fix update

Fixed an exploit with dark sorcerer and barbarian skills allowing you to keep gaining further skill points

Removed certain passive skills from showing up in the buff icon area:
Sadist
Vitality
Battle Hardened
Cursed Ground

Fixed a few typos in the quest dialog windows

Forgotten Gem Mines
A portal now spawns in the chest/treasure area for you to get back to town quickly after completing the dungeon.

Increased charge bonus range from 9 meters to 12
Physical damage is multiplied to x10 when using charge(up from x3)

Dark Sorc
Dark Missile reworked which has now cured the aiming bug

Assassin
Reduced spell cooldown on venom dirks
