Today's update 29 July 2018
Mainly focused on bug fixes around quests and several skills.

Area changes

Act 5 Quests
Added additional quest between Mileshire and the Guardians Cave - mainly to help players with additional quest markers and make the progression and direction of Act5 a little clearer.
Improved some of the quest star locations, still not 100% but it is improved. Further work still required.
Bounty Board - Added a new Bounty for Bandits in the Crossing area

Minor tweak to fix a path finding issue in the following areas:
Guardians Cave
The Temple Valley
Forgotten Gem Mine

Class Changes

Ember Mage
Elemental Boon
Re scaled bonus and fixed several bugs

Lightning Blast
Spell reworked to become a powerful nuke based on feedback from players.
Increased cool down, increased damage Tweaked Tier bonuses, Tier 2 bonus adds a powerful AOE blast

Barbarian
Vitality
The life regeneration part of this skill is now based on a percentage of your overall HP and not a fixed value, meaning this skill scales better into late game and becomes more powerful with the more life you have.

Bug Fixes
Necromancer bug at end of act 5 resolved, a 3rd necromancer should not spawn now!

x2 items which where incorrectly missed from the class requirement removal have been fixed and the class requirement is now correctly removed

Fixed a bug with Dark Sorcerer causing Dark Bolt spell to sometimes stun enemies

Barbarian warcry level 6 spell was physical damage, it should be magical.

Barbarian whirlwind level5 bug resolved

Area changes
Map Works
Removed minor tweaks/mods to map works to enable full compatibility with other mods.

Class Changes
Dark Sorcerer
Charge bar now grants attack speed bonus aswell as cast speed/mana reduction as standard. Unfortunately only new characters will benefit from this change.

Bug Fixes
Modified Tarrochs tomb so the portal and Golems no longer appear in act 2 - this bug allowed you to travel from act 2 to 5. Tarrochs tomb can now only be accessed via act5 end game

Small update to finalise the Magma Temple boss fight area by removing the potential for bugs.

Based on feedback I have also added a few new enemies.

Area changes
Additional new enemy types:

The Crossing
Bandit Enforcer - heavily armoured brute with several bash attacks
Bandit Hound Master - Summons, controls and buffs hound companions
Hound - Basic minion of Hound Master
Archer Champion - shoots AOE based attacks

Hill Tops
Mirka Glacial Hunter - Cold based warrior with freezing and slowing attacks

Magma Temple
Minor tweaks to lava scripting and boss area to reduce potential for bugs.

Today's Update 13 May 2018
This update was mainly aimed at completing the Magma temple boss but I have also managed to put in a few Improvements/buffs to the melee/summoning Dark Sorcerer class based upon feedback and also fix a few bugs that were reported.

Area changes
Magma Temple
The boss has now been fully implemented in game along side some tweaks to his lair.
x3 custom corrupted Fire Gems are now also in game.

Dark Sorcerer

Skeletal Horde
Tier bonus now reduces cooldown by -5 seconds at each tier stage

Archer Horde
Tier bonus now reduces cooldown by -5 seconds at each tier stage

Life Pact
Improved/Buffed by around 20%

Death Pact
Improved/Buffed by around 20%

Dark Protection
Now activates when both being struck and when striking(was previously only when you struck)
Increased cast chance maximum from 34% to 38% at maximum level

Cursed Ground
Increased cast chance maximum from 34% to 38% at maximum level

Cursed Weapon
Removed skill sound effect

Cursed Flames
Increased damage slightly(around 5%)


Bug Fixes
Corrupted gems - hopefully no longer spawn anywhere but from inside the Temple Valley area
again attempted to fix/remove the additional Necromancer Spawn in the Inner Temple end boss fight
Hell Born Skeleton, Corrupted Salamander and the vanilla/standard Salamander in act2 will now show burn damage correctly

Today's Update 30 April 2018
Introducing the new "Temple Valley" story line/arc and new areas. You encounter a travelling NPC who is a professor continuing to study ember blight. This professor has developed a method for purging and refining ember blight as is able to create a new "corrupted type of ember" Work with the professor to find more samples of ember for him to experiment with and explore new distant lands!

This will be the first of a few updates that will fully integrate around 10 new maps/areas and quests. Please also be aware not every feature is in yet as I work my way through all of the planned content.

This was the second part of this weeks update now that testing is completed!

Tweaked Gem drop rates
Gem Hoarder boss now has a 33% chance to drop Boon Scrolls

Fiery Glaives skill fully in the game after Alpha testing from the other day

Shadowling Ammo
Bats can now last up to 60 seconds.

Dark Sorcerer

Dark Bolt
Now reduces charge gain from level 1

Now gains 1% HP starting from level 1

Again I am releasing sooner than expected to enable testing of outlander change so only 2/3 of this weeks changes are "in" so far, including several requests - a further update will come on the weekend after outlander feedback and tweaks are in

Area changes

Dark Woods
Made area denser and given it a much darker theme

Inner Temple
Small modification to entrance in an attempt to fix a long term bug! If you see a necromancer in the entrance/corridor please let me know as its a bug!

Sand Rat Cave
Updated area with a new bridge section

Class Changes
Outlander

Rune Vault
Improved skill, whenever you hit an enemy it will also cause you life leech and restore 10% HP(life leech bonus goes up with each tier upgrade)
A red animation will also display to let you know when you hit and leech life.

Glaive Sweep
Received +50% DPS damage increase to make a viable attack skill and encourage melee builds

Shadow Shot
Added a mild damage increases to skill
Secondary shots will now travel 33% longer/further and will also turn a lot sharper

Glaive Throw damage reduced by 10%

Master of elements
All elements gain 3% per level

Fiery Glaive - reworked
Replaces Flaming Glaive as end skill - this is still in Alpha phase and is not 100% functional!
