Added Hokath's Religious National Wonder event collection.

Non-save game compatible.

Looks like this is the end of our development stage. There won't be anymore event development due to the lack of motivation from the development team(Hokath and I). We'll still fix any bugs that may occur, but other than that have fun!

That thing where many events were considered inactive? Now restored. Along with some fixes as well.

Fixed Lake Victoria's Event that would cause a CTD.
Fixed Hot Summer's Event not expending faith, but rather giving faith problem.
Forced one of Venice's Event Choice to require Guilds

Not save-game compatible. If you're that desperate to salvage your game, look for any Lake Victoria. If there is one, new game. If there isn't. You don't have to update.
