Removed the Gold Standard event from Xony's files(Too weak and insignificant at the later eras)

Non-save game compatible(Shouldn't update if you're in a game)

Fixed where an event choice wasn't granting the specific faith.

Completely save-game compatible. (Although any current bugged mentioned above event choice won't be giving you faith, but the next one will)

Readjusted some of Techpriest Enginseer's Events to the right chances
Added Hokath's Events (A dedicated developer and collaborator)
Added Anatase's Events(A suggester not a developer)
Added Xony's Events(A retired developer)

73 new player events and 50 new city events added!

Non-savegame compatible obviously.

Added EventClassTypes to the appropriate events.

Not save-game compatible. Don't bother remaking a new game over this since EventClassTypes is basically a restriction on which events can fire up based on your game options on making a new game.

Have you heard in our Github? There will be an upcoming huge event pack release coming in version 2!

New Event: Lost Luxuries. Requires the scout to stay alive. If gold is spent, gain +2 permanent happiness. Otherwise, all scouts receive +10 XP.
