I think I buffed some stuff around...
I nerfed some stuff around as well... yeah.
Fixed some Event bugs where some civ would be able to pass faster civ events, while others was at a 30 turn disadvantage.. but it wasn't that much..
I replaced Venice Choice 3 with a free settler instead of a free cathedral.. the AI can use this of course.. it is considered their historic capital so if Venice is lost, their 2nd capital becomes their capital.. ye ye. Nothing will break.

Fixed a very critical error that would cause 2 civ events for every civ. :)

Community Events (Official Version 2)
Introduced Event Art and Audio to many of the events now.
Advisor Event System Reworked.
Civilization Events Reworked:
Civilization Events now require 60 National Population and Classical Era. Should also happen less frequently as soon as requirements were met.
This means tall civilizations need to reach 15 pop in 4 of their cities or wide civilizations should aim for 10 pop in 6 of their cities. All are feasible hard to accomplish.
Notifications of these Civilization Events *should* now pop up what bonuses they may have now.
Event Buildings that exist free in the capital are never lost upon upgrade.
America's 5th Event is now permanent (+2 Sugar, +2 Gold on Villages, +10% Crime)
Arabia's 4th Event Reworked (Eat Culture for +4 Faith, +1 Science on Universities and Academies)
Arabia's 6th Event Reworked (Free 8 Oil, Wells and Offshore Platforms earn +2 Production and +3 Gold)
Aztec's 5th Event Reworked (Plantations receive +2 Food and +2 Production for -1 Gold)
Brazil's 4th Event Permanent
China's 2nd Event Permanent
China's 3rd Event fixed and now provides its respective bonus.
Egypt's 2nd Event reduced Engineer Food bonus to 1 from 2.
Egypt's 6th Event Permanent.
England's 3rd Event disabled if any of their cities have a church.
Ethiopia's 3rd Event now properly adds faith yield and golden age point yield to its stone resource.
France's 4th Event no longer incurs a population loss.
Germany's 3rd Event disabled if any of their cities have an order.
Inca's 2nd Event Requirement reduced from 5 Sheep to 2 Sheep.
India's 3rd Event disabled if any of their cities have a mandir.
India's 6th Event reduced unhappiness reduction from -25% to -20%.
Japan's 2nd Event disabled if any of their cities have a pagoda.
Japan's 4th Event Boredom Increase reduced from 15% to 10%.
Korea's 4th Event now permanent.
Poland's 3rd Event disabled if any of their cities have a synagogue.
Polynesia's 6th Event now adds +2 Tourism to Coastal and Ocean Tiles(rather than adding Tourism because you have the tile)
Russia's 3rd Event Poverty Increase reduced from 15% to 10%.
Siam's 4th Event disabled if any of their cities have a stupa.
Songhai's 2nd Event Production Bonus increased from 2 to 5.
Songhai's 3rd Event disabled if any of their cities have a mosque.
Spain's 2nd Event now applies to Armored Units.
Spain's 3rd Event disabled if any of their cities have a cathedral.
Sweden's 3rd Event permanent.

With hokath's major assistance, Community Events introduce a major aspect of Ideological Events. These persist throughout all ideological revolutions(meaning you can grab all the events going through all three ideologies.. if the game last that long that is)
while having a major immersive experience in the game as you unlock your ideologies. Most of tier 1 has been finished and you should be expecting an event similar to your adopted tenets!
