1.4.8

* Added tier 4 minor settlement mod

* Gave trolls (both) their own, much more powerful regeneration ability (which can even ressurect).

* Dire wolf's and warhound now have two new abilites which:

a)increase there ability to see units earlier and

b) an ability which helps them chase down fleeing infantry (and in battle, but more geared towards the former).

Also dire wolf are better/more expensive.

* Removed the ability to confederate from Vamp, Human and dwarfs. Those poor orc's may have a bit of a chnace now.

*Slight nerf to krell (attack, hp, upkeep).

* Little Gork is back.

* Resized some units that were incorrectly shunk during updates (dragon's etc).

* Gave Archon his infighting immunity and miscast bonus back (where the hell did they go :)

* Reworked Strigoi Ghoul Kings. They are now correctly undead, better at fighting masses of low armoured troops, and poorer at magic. Not a bad lower cost alternative to Vampire Lords, but still not as good (but probably better on a cost vs performance ratio.

1. Because we changed the mass of all units, I was finding that spells (especially vortex) were out of whack, so have spent some time adjusting them, and improving (chain lightning, fire pillar look great)

2. Removed some more restrictions from agent missons, should now allow all quest to be done.

3. Lots of little bug, seems to be endless :)

4. Buffed the Empires office's (ie treasurer)

Please report, especially if spell seem wrong, OP, or underpowered.

Just all of the lastest bug fixes and features updated to steam.

* New Vlad promotion chains

* 4 new poison types

* Skill tree rebalaced, so as more uniformity and consistency.

* Many bugs and balance tweaks

* Gave Krell his 'correct' magical items

* Added night goblins fanatics correct abilities.

Minor Update.

* Fixed issue with dragons causing crashes.

* Beastmen Elite units do not have berserk, this uncludes beastigors bray shamans and beastlords

* reduced the radius of artillery explosions, to compensate for CA's new explosion mechanic. They should be powerful, but not OP.

* Brought beastman abilites, items and archers in line with rest of the mod (ie longer lasting, and longer recharge---accuracy vs range).
