Oxyhydrogen update! 2:1 ratio.

- Hydrogen energy density reduced to 311.2kJ/L (down from 467kJ/L)
- Engineer's default suit Hydrogen capacity increased to 3L (up from 2L).
- Hydrogen Bottle:
* Capacity increased to 12L (up from 8L).
* Inventory size reduced to 15L (down from 60L).
- Ice Hydrogen yield increased to 30.553L per 1kg of Ice (up from 19.68L/kg).
- Large Grid Oxygen Generator Hydrogen production increased to 12,221.2L/s (up from 7,872mL/s).
- Small Grid Oxygen Generator Hydrogen production increased to 305.53mL/s (up from 196.8mL/s).
- Large Grid Hydrogen Tank Capacity increased to 270kL (up from 38,570L).
- Small Grid Hydrogen Tank Capacity increased to 10kL (down from 1,430L).

Why?

I've never been fully comfortable with restricting the size of the Hydrogen Tanks. It's a stop-gap solution to prevent stupidly long run and fill times, but always worked off the theory of "suddenly oxygen" since it's required for the reaction but not required to be produced or consumed. Further to this, I've since discovered that I goofed up with my reading of the optimal fuel ratio, getting it exactly backwards.

The new simulation is still technically inaccurate as it relies on the perfect and complete combustion of a 2:1 ratio (H:O) - something that won't happen in reality. However it is closer to reality without resulting in wasted resources that could be better used elsewhere (in other words, I don't like the idea of discarding oxygen since that's like gaseous gold in space). Ideally I'd like to simulate 4:1, or at least 6:1, but unless the generators can provide both gasses at once this would result in 1/2 to 2/3 the generated oxygen being wasted to produce usable oxyhydrogen.
