Feature parity update.

Large Grid Oxygen Generator processing rate reduced from 10kg/s to 400g/s. Power and output adjusted accordingly.

Reworked the numbers in the hopes that eventually bipropellant fuel sources will be available.

Increased the efficiency of the suit jetpack to offset the reduction in Hydrogen energy as compared to the Realistic variant.

Reduced the size and quality of the thumbnail. Mod is still 90% thumbnail by size, but better than 98%!
