Update notes: Description changed with addtions from the update plus links to my other mods.

The Changes:

- Vampire Factions re-named.
- Vampire Counts(Mannfred) changed to "Dark County of Sylvania"
- Von Carstein(Vlad) changed to "Von Carstein Dynasty"

- Main Greenskins faction renamed to "Grimgor's Boyz"
- This was changed due to some concerns my previous change was not lore friendly and having done further reading found this to be somewhat true. So in this fashion as Grimgor does not lead a tribe but a band of orcs and goblins without any real affiliation I changed it to something slightly different. I have not named the faction as a "Waaagh" as this is used to name actual Waaagh Armies and is also used for the confederation, on this note the main greenskin faction will VERY rarely keep this name as they confederated VERY quickly if this is still a concern for you.

Small Update: Renamed the subculture definitions found in the diplomacy screen.

- "Bretonnian Kingdoms" now "Bretonnian Dukedoms"
- "Chaos" now "Chaos Hordes"
- "Norsca" now "Norscan Tribes"
- "Greenskin" now "Greenskin Tribes"
- "Dwarf Realms" now "Dwarf Clans"

Also changed the Name of "Kingdom of Kislev" to the "Tsardom of Kislev" thanks to a suggestion from a commentor.

- Changed Confederations to not display "The" before the titles at the request of commentor.

- Minor Bug Fix which caused some rebels to display the wrong name. Should now Work.

- Tested Save game compatibilty. Works without issue.
