Update RKE 1.22:

We started implementing changes suggested by MHLoppy. So as a result, culverins now work well against all foot units, while Portuguese ones have an added damage modifer versus any and all surface vessels (Excluding fire vessels).

Found an error which affected the appearance of Asian mounted patriots. This error has since been fixed.

Icons have been rejigged. There should be no overlap in use of icons, as far as cavalry are concerned....for now.

Found an issue, while modding Swords of the Prophets, where I found Kipchak Nomads were without the ability to fire while moving. This issue has been fixed.
