Fixed a bug with Portuguese culverin. This issue was due to use using an inappropriate skin and this bug has since been squelched.

[RKE1.10]
- Chukchi units have now finally been fully implemented! they are trainable only to those factions with Imperial Mandate, and can grab hold of a Detinets'. Very useful for hosing down cavalry civs such as the Mongols, but not very useful if facing gunpowder units.
- Unique unit tagging removed from Armed Caravan, Armed Merchant, Armed Supply Wagon.

Chukchi units added to Detinets'. Buildable, but still no balance for them or for gun units, will have to handle that tomorrow.
