Apart from the suggestion by Tiến ~Kriegs~ himself, I would suggest you to use any axe and frying pan mods released before TLS update as both Pan.Deploy and Axe.Deploy sound events weren't a thing until TLS update. In terms of the conflict with M-16 mods on the other hand, you wouldn't have to worry that much as sounds applied on both Rifle.HelpingHandExtend and Rifle.HelpingHandRetract sound events aren't significant enough to notice.
