So with both MBT and Classifier Cores loaded, you will use classifier cores to craft basic subcores but no longer require steel for them just 2 additional components. And then you use those basic cores in the scanners to make the more advanaced cores like you normally do in MBT.
if i use this mod and mechanitor balance tweaks, do i need multiple classifier cores to make the higher subcores?
but i also think the fact it took this long for someone to make this is a testament to how little of a shit people really give about tynans book, lol

I you would need more details about these mods (I don't know, names of the particular turrets) - I will be happy to help :)
I'll maybe look into a more generic patch to add classifer cores to the crafting of turrets, however tweaking their drop rates is something that I'm hesitant to do so broadly.
