yeah , I did understand that but all of the commercial buildings those have that text and they're still looking weird .

"Dont build this" this is a label for subbuildings for composite buildings. I request to AJ3D for add some feature (for hiding these don't "build buildings"). But him don't answer.

I do use RICO , but still I cant really build them , only residential ones .

Nice models you made there, but I would like to suggest some improvements for them, especially the textures. Models (meshes) are very nicely done, but textures could get some more extra work. In majority of your buildings textures look kinda flat, plastic or too bright. Texture is mainly in same color from the roof to the ground. Looks like these buildings were built yesterday.
I see your buildings has some dirt and other kind of details, but these kinda vanish in the distance, because color starts to stand out too much.
I think reducing saturation or darkening the texture might give better results. I, personally, reduce saturation to 80 (from 100) and multiply whole texture with 50% gray (128), if a building becomes too dark for my like, I multiply it with 62% gray (160).
Also you could try some Ambient Occlusion in some spots, or leaking details below the windows and the roof.

Anyway, I am looking for more models from you in the further, hopefully in even better quality.
