I might update CaveworldFlora and CaveBiome but this would obviously take a lot of time and effort as many things need to be changed.

So, how's the update going?
It uses the same toxic mechanism than toxic fallout event, thus you can view the same effects during this event.
It's probably another mod doing it
So it looks like something they go near, and if they work near it a lot, that may affect some people and not others. But what is the cause of the poisoning?
@2much: no as it requires a research to enable it. ;-)
Maybe ask the TiberiumRim devs for support, since they manage to have huge growing fields of tiberium without much slowdown, so perhaps your cave flora could do with adopting whatever method they use?
