Hello. I want to request a specialized mod that involves two distinct parts.

The first is an option to reduce the frames per second to 1.
This is because the flow of time is linked to the frames per second, and I'd like time to run 5 times slower than the current minimum. (5)

The second, is a disconnection between the mouse controls and the frame rate.

Right now, the mouse controls are connected to the frame rate. By setting the frame rate to 5 FPS, the mouse becomes relatively unresponsive. I'd like this to be fixed as well.
