View bobbing on camera to prevent motion sickness. Some players find that organic movement simulating legs in the camera, or relative to a foreground object significantly reduces motion sickness.
I suggest an arm that bobs in the foreground if making the whole room shake isn't feasible. Otherwise a cardboard cut-out from Bum-bo would be pretty good
remap the toggle button in the extra settings via the menu api mod. On my weird setup I had to rebind my movement keys to not toggle by mistake
Another sprite that I noticed standing up was for the Dice pip rooms - a hovering sprite in the middle of the room. Not sure how you could fix.
I have been trying out some things with mouse controlling macros, I just wasn't sure about telling people to use macros to play, but have added some info
