Hi there, love the mod and made my own "submod", first time modding Warhammer, just changed a few values on tables:

It rebalances the Imperial Conscripts to be a huge mob of cheap, poorly trained infantry.

This mod makes it so that you are able to recruit the new units naturally at their respective barracks according to their rank over the tiers 1 2 and 3
