[B42/B41] Bandits NPC (v2)
Bandits not spawning in Build 41 multiplayer.
I am in a server that loves this mod, but it seems that build 41 isn't allowing Bandit spawns anymore. The Admin says that it just isn't happening. Anyone else having this issue?

ask the admin to spawn them manually using context menu to see if it works
hey I run a private server and I too have noticed this. Im fairly aware of incompatibilities and dont use any however despite having spawn rates up (using bandit options mod as well) they never seem to come.

I have spawned one manually while setting the server up and it spawned wave 1 no problem no errors. ill include my modlist but its extensive.

One thing comes to mind mind. Bandit extra option allows to rely spawn time on world time and not on player survived time. The world time however is counted differently in single player and multiplayer. In multiplayer it is simply bugged. So if you rely on that time the spawn scheduler may not work. Please check that and let me know
Thanks for the reply, I still have bandit options with world time enabled and turned on the bandit arrival notification to ensure whether or not it was working. In is in fact spawning them and appears to be fine on my end now. Mostly default Bandits spawn chances and a boosted rate of "300" on bandit options.

So the problem was the Bandits Extra mod?
I think my issue was user error just sounded very like what the OP posted. My apologies.

Oh sht I never knew that, I run both those mods in our multiplayer server. We experience Bandits spawning periodically, but sometimes go long periods without them (and I think have only had 3-5 times over 35 days of significant sized "waves?" and most of them were friendly anyway. Gonna take a peek at my server settings...

In our experience Bandits work correctly (esp after changing Wandering Zombies to the WIP Branch addressing the zombie flag) aside from some derpiness of 'friendly' survivors constantly attacking our buildings and such lol.

The spawn chance is per game hour, and it's like between 1% and 5% chance depending on the clan. Go look in your sandbox config file.

5% chance to spawn per hour is about a 70% chance to spawn per day.

1-(95/100)^24 = 0.70
