well, i think that would make it interesting, but way to complex.
do you mean, less projectiles per shot? if so, i guess... how many pellets does the normal revovler shoot again?

+On kill, teleport to where the victim was standing when he died. (That's both a pro and a con, depending on who you decide to kill.)
That would be intresting. If you kill an engineer with it you are doomed, but if you kill a sniper then it can be rather useful. Heavymedic pairs are iffy, could be good or bad depending on the reaction time of the heavy.
that would be interesting, but i would like to see it on some otherr weapon.
