Description
Level 5 and Level 4 High Density Residential Buildings (high rises). Non-RICO.

I created these litle high-rises from Vanilla assets and a few custom assets - just for my own use - and to put on the collection for my Bs Tropical Waters gamesave, but you are all welcome to use them any way you like.

They are not Rico'd and all non-Rico'd residential highrises have 25 households, it seems - regardless of size or logic - per Colossal's unchangeable parameters.

I solve the problem by using the Realistic Population mod on my gamesave (which gives each building the number of households a building that size would have .... so some of my Hi-Rises (using that mod on my gamesave, as I do) have 45 residences, some have 150 residences, etc.

Or if you decide to use RICO on these buildings, you can always make them have more logical household counts with Rico Settings.
