I've been keeping my other, similar ship up to date, try it maybe... https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2120295152

Alpine Vista

A 48m fictional offshore AHTS. While I can't really call it 1:1 since it's fictional, it was built with that scale in mind.
Advanced mode.
Cost in career mode $570,000 (give or take)
Suitable for a RP crew of 2 or more. Beds for 12 or so IIRC.

Most of the complex logic systems, like the AP and DP and other cool stuff were installed by CrazyTownPodcast...many thanks for all the help!!

Thanks to all those who share their creations on Workshop! I'm a hull guy mostly and tend to stay away from the logic side except for some small things. All the cool stuff in the Vista that came from the WS is listed at the bottom.

Features:
  • Auto-pilot with multiple waypoint capability
  • Dynamic Positioning (conveniently positions the very stern on your waypoint)
  • Active Stabilization (side to side as well as fore and aft)
  • Touch Screen Engine Management System
  • Four large diesel engines driving 4 large generators, powering two large electric motors
  • Two custom azimuth thrusters with 'giant' props as main propulsion/steering
  • Bow, Stern, Fore and Aft maneuvering thrusters (can be manually operated outside of the DP system)
  • Top speed 20 knots (100% throttle with Gen Boost on (will drain the batteries, but if you're really in a hurry...)
  • Fast mode-18 knots (60% throttle with Gen Boost on (will charge and maintain batteries)
  • Normal operating speed-13 knots (30% throttle without Gen Boost will charge and maintain batteries)
  • 200K fuel tank
  • 75K storage tank (if diesel, can pump to main tank for even more range)
  • 40k ballast tank
  • Deployable RHIB
  • Two rescue cranes (one with harness, the other with a stretcher)
  • Water cannons (2 on the roof and 2 in the stern)
  • Radar
  • Radio
  • Heat
  • 360* camera feeds with infrared capabilities
  • Flares
  • 'Giant' winch on deck
  • 'Large' winch in the stern
  • Two 'Medium' winches for fuel and other fluid transfer)
  • Two sliding rail cranes with 360* rotation, spotlights and cameras (op'd from aft bridge helms)
  • Connectors in deck for up to 6 standard ISO (9x9x24)
  • Main deck compartment door opens to the lower cargo deck
  • Lower cargo deck has magalls in the floor and some winches for sliding cargo around (it's not very elegant but it works)
  • Finished interior (mostly) with crew quarters, crew lounge, med room, lavatories, etc. Engine room still needs some work...I was just happy to get it running, but I'll be spending some time down there after I take a little break.
  • Firefighting, diving and arctic gear lockers scattered about
  • Plimsoil line and depth markings
  • Twin anchors in the bow (just 'large' winches with magalls)
  • Weather station (by default is broadcasting via video transmitter)
  • Bilge pumps (they run all the time and spew water as a decorative feature but are also functional should you take on any water)
  • Double hulled in key areas (ie: the fuel tank and parts of the bow)
  • Auto Foghorn System
  • Emergency Beacon and Locator

Notes:

I enjoyed making this ship and tried to make it realistic, but my nautical knowledge is a bit (very) limited so some things may not be true to life. I'll be making corrections and refinements but need to take a bit of a break from this build (after many many hours spent so far). While all of the systems and features listed above are functional, I realize some are in need of fine tuning and/or reworking. That will come as I get to them. For now, I hope you find it useful...and if not useful, then at least a bit of fun to explore.

Just a warning, it's large with a fair bit of logic in it and it may lag your PC a bit when spawned in at a large dock but performance is much better out on the water. I've avoided adding in a ton of paintable signs for floors and ceiling etc with this in mind. As with anything, your mileage may vary.

Also of note, it's built to the maximum height allowed in a large dock and as such, will not pass under railway bridges (which should be raised or removed IMO). I found that out the hard way after 2 hours of sailing to the Arctic...

Lastly, the 'giant' (main) winch is broken at the moment (try it!). Recommend to use the 'large' winch in the stern for now.

Manual:

Start Up:

Opposite the port side bridge exterior door, you will see some controls on the wall...

1--Turn on the 'Main Power' ignition key
2--Press the 'Main Systems' button.
3--Flip the 'Active Stabilization' switch (optional but recommended)
4--Go to the Captain's Seat and press '1' to move seat into position
5--Start the generator engines using the Atlas Engine Management touch screen ('E' tab, see below)
-----'T'-Generator Throttle Position / Adjust with on screen Up/Down arrows
-----'E'-Engine Startup, RPS, Temp Display, Engine Shutdown
-----'G'-'Gen Boost'
6--You can manually maneuver using W/S A/D controls or the maneuvering thrusters (mapped to the 3/4/5/6 keys or use the console buttons). Alternately, you can automatically maneuver using the AP/ DP systems (I prefer to do things manually for the most part)

You or a crew member may want to secure the RHIB to the deck before getting underway to prevent it swinging while at sea

First Mate's Seat controls the roof mounted water cannons and search lights.
First Mate's Console features weather info, boarding cameras as well as the flare system (16x illumination flares and 8x smoke)
Second Mate's Seat (aft facing) has alternate maneuvering thruster controls (3/4/5/6) and deck spotlights (2)
Second Mate's Console contains the DP system on the port side and manual maneuvering thruster controls on the starboard side as well as touch screen buttons for the ISO connections, stern deck bollards and stern spotlights.

The two Bridge Helm Stations control the deck rail cranes.
The two Stern Helm Stations control the stern water cannons and medium 'Fluid (storage) Tank' winches.
The Main Tank refueling connectors are located on the deck rails (marked with a 'Diesel Only' label).

I think that's most of the things. Probably forgetting some stuff but everything should be labeled and hopefully self explanatory. If not, post in the comments and I will assist.

Happy sails!

Thanks attarikaqsal. This was the first ship I made in Stormworks. It's been so long, and so much has changed with the game, I wouldn't know where to start with an update.
IIRC, that 'broken' winch was intentional...does it catch fire? I did something like that on one of my ships but I can't remember if it was this one...like I said, it's been a while. :o
Anyway, thanks for the comment. If you like this one, maybe check my Collection for the 'Alpine Vision'. It's similar and more current, though lacking a few of the features of the Vista. Cheers!

@Megahurts - You've delivered such an amazing ship which has been my go to ship since you first published it. Regardless of the time it takes for you to up this creation to V1.x it will be all worth it

Battery drains in 10 minutes? And where is the beacon locator?
Train115 20 Sep, 2020 @ 9:50am
Ok.

Nice. Thanks. Mine too :) Though I'd probably use my other one more. Speaking of, it needs a fix or two so I'll be focusing on it first, then I'll be adding new equipment to the Vista. So, it's probably going to take a couple/few weeks...I haven't played in months and will need to get a feel for the new items and how to best utilize them.
