Short description

Adds a new Rat Ogre unit including skaven packmasters, with spears and whips.

Details
I always loved the hybrid units in tabletop. I missed them so much I tried to mod them in. After several requests for the rat ogres and their packmasters, I finally did it!

The Rat Ogres will be handled by 6 skaven packmasters (any unit size concerned).
They have clanrat HP, and a good weapon vs Large. But they remain much weaker than the rat ogres. That is one of the reasons why I raised the unit size up.
The unit is available at any place you would find the rat ogres and will benefit from the same augmentations (tech, lord).
The enemy cannot recruit them as there is a crashing bug when they try to field something with more than 2 officers (packmasters are considered officers).

@Advice : Hey, no problem. It's always good to have different angles on a problem. I can't wait to see yours!

@Realhollow : Short answer : The packmasters have basic skaven HP (52+8) and RO theirs (475+8). So the packmasters will die quickly.
Longer answer : Usually, unit HP is split in 2 stats in the tables. The "battle personality" is always set to 8, and the "land unit" has a bonus HP set for the whole unit. In the mod, I gave RO and packmasters different battle entites and inverted the values of HP and bonus HP for each. So the individuals each have their HP set rather than a global bonus.

Beat me to the punch. Was planning on making a Pack Master unit mod. Might do it anyways still. The implementation I have planned is a bit different anyways. Nice work.

@grim who haave you balanced to two unit types as one is a monster other is not so the packmasters should have little hp etc and get killed super fast in melee anyway or do they have the same stats as the RO (thats also wierd but understandable)
