This is an updated merged mod for multiplayer setup, built with several fine mods from my collections and handpicked Steam workshop mods packed together in a single mod-file. This is a private project, to save loading time and efforts and allows easier and more balanced multiplayer setup.

Included are several mods that all aim to help beginners to survive, the medium players gain some time, while the experienced players have some challenges before they get in place to steamroll the galaxis.

Claims, especially on already colonised systems, will be way more expensive and less profitable. Warmongers are not totally blocked and are still able to vassalize or demand tribute.
The Vassal & Tributary extention should allow the defeated empire to survive and prosper under their new Overlord, instead of facing early extinction.

Balanced Space Warfare with it's weight toward explosives will give you a new battle experience, while Fog of War gets exploration a little bit more challenging in the early years.
New, quite beginner friendly, handpicked origins could bring in the feeling of a yet leaving-the-nest spacefaring emire.
Last but not least, the Achievement Mod, which is a perl in the heysack from my view. The more you progress, the more achievements you may earn, all do bring you some small but fairly balanced goodies for your further progress. You could compare your empire with the other players as well with AI-empires on a ladder, while basicly not all achievements are in reach for every ethic or strategy. Despite all features, it is never invasive or changes gameplay, it only backs all your efforts.

It includes UI Overhaul Dynamic, so you may add more Ironman ready UI mods that depend on it.



To be fair, this merged mod is designed to be the only base for balanced multiplayer games.
For adding other mods, you should probably first have a look on my Mod Load Order Guide
If you combine it with other mods, I'd suggest to place them after this mod collection.



This is a private merged mod project to shorten loading time and avoid incompatibility. I am in no way the author of the included mods. All credits go to the authors of the several included mods. This project will possibly be altered and updated if next patches allow. Currently it is not planned to upgrade it with other mods, but most likely there will be some kind of successor after major PDX patches. Please refer to the above linked collection to view the currently included mods.
