Intro -

This guide is about tips on how to play Arena. I will add more information, if I find any.

Note: Help me catch any misinformation/incorrect information, misspellings or bad grammar. Thanks in advance.

Don't forget to:

Before Jumping In

Be aware that Arena is mainly buggy, laggy and there's a bunch of script kiddies and modders. A tiny reminder that you're playing an old game.
Glossary

Arena Coins - These plain green coins are like the normal coins that can be use to level up your Unit(s), but they can only be obtain by completing Arena.

Arena Medal - These tokens are earned by completing Arena and when you earn XP for your Unit(s).

Arena Pendulums - The "Arena Pendulums" only boosts up the battlepass.

Champion Certificate - The "Champion Certificate" is one of the building componants to unlock a Unit's Arena abilities.

Hero Certificate - The "Hero Certificate" is one of the building componants to unlock a Unit's Arena abilities.

Evil AI Twin - This is the alternate dimension version boss that the other team fight against and you fight against their "evil ai clone."

Score Steal - It's when the timer gets extended by a few seconds to score steal and defeat more foes. They can only be activated after completing assignments.

Spheres - These colorful spheres of various sizes are used to level up a Unit's Arena abilities.

Orders - These "Orders" are slightly different from the "Main" non-Arena game modes, they are separate from them and offer different rewards. (Unless, KLab has special events that require ya to hop into Arena to get them. That's when things are connected).

Menu
Tiny Intro Menu

Clicking on this Book icon will show you a tiny instructions of how to play Arena. These are to give you an idea, but this guide will expand a bit on these concepts better.

Left Side Menu Icons
Copy

This is mainly for mobile, ya copy your Room No. to .

Orders

Here's where you can see the assignments and pick up your rewards, like Orbs.

Licenses

The Licenses are a different set of rewards and goodies from the Orders. You can also spend Orbs to get access to the rest of a different set of rewards, like tickets, more Potions and spheres.

Season League

Menu

The Menu opens up a drop menu/tiny dashboard.
Tiny Dashboard

This dashboard is your friend, it has features that are unique only for Arena.

Join Room

This is exactly what it says on the tin, click on it to

Edit Chat

This is another menu that will take you to where you can customize your dialogue commands.

Trophies

Trophies is another section where the more you collect trophies you will reach certain check points.
These check points will reward you with Orbs. Be aware that there's a limit to the trophy rewards.

Exchange

The Exchange is a short cut to Arena section of the Exchange Shop.

Player Rankings

Clicking on this will take you to see where your Arena rank is located this season.

Guild Rankings

This will reveal where your guild ranks through all of your Arena contributions.

Right Side Icons
Arena Rank Icon

This will open up your Unit's history of reaching the next level/rank and getting rewarded Arena tokens.

Character Set Up
Fake "Secondary Soul Trait"

With this game mode, you have to get your Unit(s) to Rank 5. That will unlock your Waifu/Husbando's secondary. They will have what I call a "fake Secondary Soul Trait", so you can use your Unit as a Character Link for a different Unit in Arena.

Arena Level

You can also level up in here.

Your waifu/husbando has a separate level and abilities for Arena, this is entirely different from Normal. Thus, ya will need different Arena only materials to level them up, like Hero Certifications, and Small Spheres. As well as special Arena coins to redeem/leveling.

Arena Tokens

You need these green coins to level up your Unit, they're like the normal coins that you can get in the other game modes. Don't confuse them for these:

Since, these type of Arena coins are for the Exchange Shop.

Arena Rose

Sometimes KLab will drops some special Units, now these ones are specifically designed for this game mode, just like this particular Rose or Kido Tournament Soi Fon.

Note: Ya have to watch the B:BS Youtubers, like Aaroniero/Espada 9. They can tell ya which ones, new or rezzed, are REALLY made for this game mode way better than I can. Since, the Arena debut banners, like this one, are gone.
Gameplay
"The Enemy Defeated Kaletile"
Don't worry about the weird messages that ya see, like "Enemy Defeated (Your Name"), there's another team battling against your "evil" ai twin in a different dimension. Just for the same goal.

The Foes

The foes won't fight back, until, ya get closer to them. Try to get them, before they use their skills.

Defeating them, lowers their gauge.

Evil Twins

Try to keep your main priority on the opposite team's "evil twins", treat them, like foes, but they've an extra challenge. Since depending on the boss, they will occasionally use skills like "Last Ditch Survival" or "Multi-Shield". The only time when they don't take a priority is when the "Assignments" pop up.

Assignments

These are in-game missions that pop up, they'll assist with getting points, score stealing and such. This also lowers their score gauge.

"Lone Wolf?"

It's a good idea to remain near your spawn area or your "own little corner" where foes keep respawning. Since, believe ti or not, you'll be able to cover ground that way and snagged more points. When you're done with your section for a bit, help your nearby teammates, then high tail it back to your own niche spot.
Bits
The crates consists of specials, like: Soul Bombs, Yellow Gauge Balls, and HP/Stamina recoveries. They will also increase your score.
Arena Vs. Other Modes
Limit Break Quest

Both Arena and Limit Break Quest have in common is that they don't require tickets, one can just jump in at anytime. Plus, they have different reward setups from the other game modes.

The difference is that LBQ is a singleplayer mode.

Epic Raid/Co-Op

They are all multiplayer modes, but with Arena, there's no "kick" button per se, bringing in Pots is optional.
