Things done:
- This mod data cores some tables from base mod
- Fixed 2 abilities having the same key
- Rebalanced stats
- Gave office of glamourwweaving as given Loec's blessing ability, still can't join any with Orion, can still join all with Durthu
- Abilities given: Loec's blessing, rain of spines, the other abilities that welf lords have to choose between that lock out, reshuffled tech tree and fixed small UI bug
- Checked out a bug report from original mod, regen does work for units when placed into Treesigner of Isha Office

Otherwise all credits go to Saebbi's SFO submod and also Ubermorgan who created the original mod.
