Description
The Scrapjack is an attempt to refurbish the infamous Scrapper Junkyard Sub into a more usable vessel. The overall result of this endeavour is an attack bomber with compact design, capable of delivering its nuclear payload where needed without murdering its own crew. Despite the relative success, Scrappers are yet to be fully replaced and, should one know where to ask, are still available in abundance.

How to play
The Scrapjack is a fairly competent low-end vessel with great anti-submarine capabilities thanks to its nuclear torpedo; due to its cursed heritage, it retains certain design quirks, such as a relatively difficult shape to cover with guns and ballasts that don't really help with flooding, only this time they are pretty mild compared to the overall performance.

Thanks to the compartimentalization of various sections and automated pumps, the sub can now better withstand hull breaches without flooding in its entirety, while the better reactor provides a more efficient flow of power through the electrical grid - also worth noting, the airlock actually acts like one.

Perhaps surprisingly, the redesign got rid of its crafting facitilities and much of its cargo space in order to improve the ergonomics and efficiency of the interiors; the torpedo itself, while extremely effective against slow targets, cannot be guided like the old drone, so it must be aimed correctly.

Author's notes
Have you ever looked at the Scrapper and wondered what it would look like if it wasn't as cursed? I did as well, and so I've made the Scrapjack. Relatively comfortable to use, it's still quirky in its own right but it's not actively trying to kill its crew.

Remember that you can release the torpedo in two modes: "launch" drops it down below the sub before it starts moving forward, effectively aiming at about 4 or 5 o'clock; "drop" does exactly what you expect and it just falls down. The torpedo itself has a grace period of several seconds before it gets armed, then it explodes as soon as it gets in contact with something (not only in front of it, but also at the top and bottom).

Other subs I've made:

Katyusha 34 Battlecruiser
Magellan Science Vessel
Acolyte Spearhead Sub
Atlas Battle Freighter
Die Königin Command Sub
Audace Stealth Corvette
Bulwark Heavy Assault Sub
