Lost & Found: Dwarf The Miners Below

Description
Chaff no longer! One of the oldest grudges in the Book has finally been righted! This mod buffs all base game Miners to be closer to the strength of their tabletop counterparts. No longer relegated to realms of discarded waste, the miners bring their newly improved pickaxes to the fray! Boasting increased melee stats and a new anti-infantry specialty, these miners are ready to rock and roll!

But wait, there's more! In addition to granting Ekrund Miners the new Underground Advance ability, mining resources (and some special landmarks) also give access to a new army ability: The Miners Below! Pouring up from beneath the battlefield, a summoned unit of miners comes to reinforce just where you need them!

NOTE: This is a standalone mod. All content is included in Lost & Found Dwarfs: Complete Collection.



Summary

Campaign
  • New Army Ability: The Miners Below - Summon a unit of Miners onto the battlefield! Why should Skaven have all the fun?
  • The Miners Below unlocks by mining related landmarks and trade resources (see list below)
  • More uses of The Miners Below unlocked with higher tier mining buildings (or by default with landmarks)
  • Added Dwarf Warriors to main building chain due to increased cost of Miners
  • Moved Miners (Blasting Charges) recruitment to Tier 2 Barracks to account for increased performance.

Feel the miners are slightly OP for their cost now and sort of make dwarf warriors with great weapons obsolete. Maybe nerfing their bonus vs infantry from +8 to +5 will be more balanced. Just my opinion of course on my testing.

"Face of Hag Graef" landmark and subsequent tiers don't give any The Miners Below charges and at least according to the description it seems like an actual mine.
