Description
New storage facilities.

Three major approaches:
1) Some mods use vanilla shelves "stack per cell" logic (introduced since 1.5).
2) LWM (Little White Mouse) Deep Storage is an older framework.
3) Adaptive Storage Framework is a new widespread standart.
