Description
Allows placement of any Engines, turrets, weapons, shields of any faction on any ship, U can mix and mash items on ship with out being held back on faction locked items for a given ship.(I may have missed some Items, since there are a lot to manually change to allow this)

This Mod include ship equipment from the base game and DLC's:
Base Game
Split Vendetta DLC
Cradle of Humanity DLC
Tides of Avarice DLC
Kingdom End DLC
X4: Timelines DLC
X4: Hyperion Pack

This Mod also affects all AI factions as well

This mod is also a Fix for "Cheat Menu" mod: "Add Ship", spawning in with having one or all items missing on them.

So it seems the issue with PE not working may be that M class ships have the 'hittable/unhittable' tag on each connection point, currently trying to see if I can create a diff for that myself that doesn't require reimplementing every single weapon with hittable/unhittable aliases.

thanks. I am a bit afraid of balance issues but I just found Xenon K and I NEED THAT SHIP AS MY PERSONAL ONE. But it's gear is so shitty ;D

@echoes222 - IT is save file safe, and can be added to a ongoing game. The game has code runing in the background that keeps all faction balanced even with this mod enabled, in the long run it changes what U can expect from a faction, that U are fighting against. With the added bones that U can swap things around as well.

I have a question before installing this mod :)
1. Is it safe to add to the existing game?
2. As it affects AI factions, doesn't it create some power balance issues? Or some non-functional Fraknestein monster ships, like Asgard with some weak teladi mk1 gear?

Thank you! If you have time maybe you can make xenon equipment from timelines available, or see why I can put anything on a xenon F and SE but not on B and PE.
Either way thank you again, I still don't understand why Egosoft cut this funny "tinkering" part in the last DLCs.

Updated to 7.5 with X4: Hyperion Pack dlc, with other fixes.

Not sure if it's a VRO thing or a base game thing, but it seems like Boron ships are still locked to Boron gear; while other ships can use Boron gear just fine. Any way I can fix this? I love the boron ships but being equipment locked is the suck.
