Description
Research will cost nothing and u will spent no time waiting for them to finish as well.

This also Includes the DLC's related Research as well.

This will not remove the mission requirements to unlock some research. Since they reward U with the mods for the ship. Only there cost and time will be set to Zero.

It's an issue with the base game and not (so far as anyone can tell) related to the research time. People have been reporting it for ages now. Even in unmodded playthroughs it crops up. There are two suggested fixes.

1: Either fly around for a while doing something else or just pick an out of the way spot, turn on your SETA and wait.
2: Head back to your HQ and start hitting modules with the repair laser. Some people say that doing this caused the mission to advance for them. Some as soon as they started and others after hitting multiple modules.

In my case the mission actually advanced while I was flying back to the headquarters to try the repair laser trick.

@Iron Popeye - I just tried it on my end on a new save, it worked for me. I deploid a nav beakon after i fully did the research and talked to that npc and the option was there for me.

Tried this with the new BETA and there is one part it is not working. When you get the mission to research to move station within your current system; the mission doesn't complete; so you can't deploy nav beacon as per mission. No big deal, just a heads up.

@𝒩𝑒𝓂'𝓈 - i have a experimental mod to do that, but for it to work you will need a new game, Since the values for them are loaded and saved in your save file and are un-edible by mods after the save gets created.
