This pack shows the different military sides of the German Army from 1943 to 1945.

Scenarios are configs with minor changes and the sides swapped to get a better experience, otherwise, the Volkssturm needs to assault the fortified line, instead of protecting it.

Factions

German:
-German Army (Heer) [1943]
Although the German army during 1943/1944 was an army experiencing increasing shortages of basically everything, but it was still an effective fighting force.

-Waffen-SS [Late 1945]
The most devoted Nazi there are, the Waffen-SS will fight to the bitter end with all the Wonderwaffen Germany can afford.

-Fallschirmjäger [1944]
After the Battle of Crete, the German paratroopers don't do airborne assaults anymore, both because of the cost of manpower those operation costs and the material required to fulfill those operations.

At the end of the war, the Fallschirmjäger act like elite light infantry.

-Volkssturm [Late 1944]
A militia made out of desperation, the ammo is low and the morale is somehow lower.

They fight with whatever weapons Germany still had, mostly captured weapons from 1939/1940.

-Kriegsmarine Infantry Division/Luftwaffe Field Division [1944]
Although the army still stands, you can't tell the same of the airforce and navy, thus many of those men are pulled away from those failing branches and put under the army.

Their effectiveness is limited however because of a chronic lack of weapons.

They were mainly used for garrison and anti-partisan operations, but at the end of the war also for direct combat.

Kriegsmarine Infantry Division is the people defending the Atlantic Wall.

There were also a lot of forced conscripts where there, mainly at non-critical parts of the wall, but I can't really model that in Ravenfield.
Also, the regular army was defending the Atlantic Wall at critical parts.

Volksgrenadier (Battle of the Bulge)
A Semi-Elite force was made in 1944 to fill in the gaps. This force was made out of people who were too old or young. There were also injured veterans in this force. And people from the Navy and Airforce who were pulled away from those branches because of how small those branches were in 1944.

This force was properly trained by a small group of hardened veterans.
The units also had a higher proportion of submachine guns and light automatic weapons than the standard infantry division, although this unit was also smaller than the standard infantry division.

Note:
-Bots are set way harder, if you don't like that go to bot skill config and set it lower
-I wanted to add the Call of Duty World at War soundtrack, but Ravenfield can't handle that mod + this entire pack, so listen to it on another page
-If you want to be immersed, removed all Germanies planes and set the bot count 2:3.
-Watch Soviet Storm. WW2 in the East documentary series on youtube, it's really good!
